No offense, but the place is a dump. I drove 23 miles got charged for 30
MATTHEW GAWFUL experience. Keys were not left in a lockbox- had to wait an hour to get them and took numerous calls to customer service to get this done, rented a dolly and never received it. Will NEVER use this location again.

GREGORY TThis was hands down the worst experience with U-Haul I have ever had, and I have rented from U-Haul many times. The pick up and return process with the app was horrible. It took a very long time, the app froze several times and everytime it did I had to start all over at the beginning again. The U-Haul itself was clean enough but truck itself is in bad shape. The check engine light was on and it ran very rough, the cup holder was no longer glues in so it rattled. If I were to use U-Haul again I would still use this location, but after this experience I will look for another truck rental company to use.

Daniel HMr. Barrett (I'm guessing that's his name) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. I was nervous driving a trailer as that's not a normal part of my routine. But with his help and expertise, we had an uneventful round trip. Truly, he was 10 stars on a 5-star scale. thank you very much!

MICHAEL BEquipment wasn’t ready for pickup, had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes to get a truck. When I finally was assigned a truck, it was nearly impossible to get out of the spot it was parked in. The place was very sketchy and creepy overall.
Samantha RKeys were not there for original truck rented. If they wouldn’t have had another truck I was going to have to wait until the 10am opening when my reservation was at 7am. Thankfully the 24/7 support agent was great and was able to help me!

Paul RThe right front tire, it turns out, was bulged and the rim was bent. This is something that should have been obvious during a pre-rental inspection by the business. We noticed it immediately after getting on the highway and fortunately for us the Sharonville U-Haul Center was open and VERY professional and accommodating, changing the tire within just a few minutes. I have a picture of the tire if you’d like it.

Ron BThis is the second time I used that location and both times the owner was extremely rude. He was unaware that I made a reservation and tried to tell me it was cancelled even though I had the reservation pulled up on the screen. I will NEVER use that location again.

STEPHEN SPete, I think that's his name. He was very nice. I got there and walk inside and he right away. Knowledge me and ask me, would I need help with that? I told him I was running at U-haul and he's like. Oh I got got it for you. He was quick and gave me the keys. And the same thing when I dropped it off he was quick. I didn't have to wait at all.

sara rMake sure your app works so your customers who try to pick up their equipment before the location opens can do so, rather than having to wait on hold for a customer service agent for 30 minutes.

Paul Kwe were told our reservation was cancelled and then they rebooked the truck for a increase in the price, we booked original truck for $220 and he rebooked the reservation for $285, also when we inquired about the cancellation we were told the reservation was never cancelled, so he lied just to make more money

Deron JThe location is a gas station/service station and the parking lot is tight. The staff weren't easy to talk to and not very helpful. I would not drop off here again if I had the choice.
Anthony SActually have a truck that we scheduled and paid for available. Had to go to a different location and therefore was 2 hours later. I luckily called before scheduled time to check and they said the previous user has not returned truck.

Tim II just parked the truck and dropped the keys in the box, so there was not really any interaction.
Grant STrailer was not compatible with vehicle being towed. Told him VW Gti. I think he put a different vehicle through to push it through the system.
MARK BPete at the location was excellent! 10/10. So kind. Helpful. Amazing. However, the U-Haul Customer service team was awful. The first agent told me I could have 3 extra hours, no big deal, no extra cost. Then I was charged for 2 full days. The next agent in the chat completely ignored me and refused to call me to discuss... then the last agent I spoke to, once elevated to management, essentially told me there was nothing she could do. Even when I asked if you guys record calls so she could hear that they first agent told me there would be no charge. I would have rearranged my plans to ensure I would only have it for 24 hours, if I knew I'd be charged two entire days for 3 extra hours. Appalled at the lack of communication between U-haul team members, and the refusal to help find a solution.
Jeremey BAlthough I returned the truck on a Saturday late afternoon with staff present it does not appear to have been marked as returned until Sunday morning at about 9:30. It was a convenient location for me. The office seemed to be like a pack rat. I tried calling ahead of time to confirm it was okay to drop of the pull behind trailer first and then come back and drop the truck off later and no one answered the phone.
Bradley TWe did the mobile check in and the truck was in between two trucks so we had a hard time getting it out. The instructions were hard to follow or returning the truck. There is a return key box that we put the key in and then the online Told me to put it back in the lock box. Very confusing no one there to direct us.
Jennifer LVery rude guy. Made it seem like me picking up the u haul was a very big inconvenience to him. Complaining about the wasted amount of paper it prints to rent one and how he can get back to his real work once I leave. I will never pick up from that location again and have told several people about it.
Vance SDropped off after hours so no interactions with them however I Have used this location numerous times to either drop off or pick up. They are alway friendly and helpful
CYNTHIA CThis location is in a super tight location, with literal junker cars forming a winding maze for the trucks to go through. The only redeeming star of five was the employee on site who offered to return the truck through the maze of junkers.

Lance BThe owner was rude and foul mouthed. I told him that I registered, checked in, and paid on line. He said that they didn’t do that there. He also said that they didn’t have the size of truck that I reserved. He checked his computer, saw that I was right and handed me the keys. The place of business looked like a scene from the television show Hoarders. I’ll never rent from them again. The truck appeared clean but smelled like severe body odor. My wife used febreeze before she would get in it.

Fred AI received a confirmation call 1/10/24 for my 1/12/24 reservation. Was told everything(truck, dolly, and moving pads) will be at the pick up location and ready. I arrive 1/12 to pick up my truck. First thing i was told ,"I don't have any moving pads" Didn't offer to call or locate or any help what so ever. He wasn't even sure he had an appliance dolly. He had to go check the truck. Extremely frustrating, as I was picking this up on my lunch break, and i didn't really have time to go hunt down moving pads.

Maria fOwner of location is very rude and unprofessional. Makes derogatory comments about previous customers who don't park UHaul equipment exactly where he wants it. Rented from here a few times only because they are close and had the equipment I needed. Recent experience trying to rent a trailer from here the owner was yelling about people being stupid and he was going to start charging a $100 fee everytime someone didn't park a Uhaul where he wanted it. Then asked why I was there and told him I was there to pick up a trailer. He proceeded to tell me he didn't have any trailer reservations for the day. Told him I made the reservation that morning and had the reservation number available. He again said he didn't have any trailer reservations and just walked away. I left without getting the trailer I needed for that day. I will NEVER rent from this location again. If a Uhaul equipment in needed is not available elsewhere close to me and this place is only one that has it, I still will NOT rent from here again. Completely unprofessional and absolutely no customer service skills.
Jonathon JYour app is terrible. I thought moving was going to be stressful.. your app made moving feel like a walk on the park.. I will never use the 24/7. Will think twice before using your service.
