LAWRENCE GTook forever to complete the reservation checkout. Took forever to return the truck, which was on time being returned. Received call, text message and email stating that the truck had not been returned.
Cynthia MI was told I had to purchase the safe move & it would be refunded. I explained I have USAA coverage and preferred not to purchase the Safe Move. The fee was not removed. The employee may not understand the legality & should not have charged me.

JUAN LEveryone was so friendly and welcoming. Not going to lie I was having a bad day and it was immediately fixed. I had just got turned away from the first location because they said they didn’t have the equipment I needed even though it was available online. When I got to this location Mr Sean and his team went an extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and for that I am grateful. Thank you Sean and your management Team. The world need kind people like you 🙏
Naila UU-Haul should have at least 50 miles given to use when you rent the truck and then anything after that is charged. It’s too expensive to rent from Uhaul. I’ll rent from Penske next time.

diane dThe vehicle rented to me had major issues and should not have been put in use. Braking the whole truck would shake when it was empty. Steering was horrible as the truck would randomly pull left or right. The drivers mirror kept moving causing issues changing lanes. The truck took forever to get up to 45 miles an hour while empty and loaded. I was promised better service at the next location but 24st and McDowell failed to even help me. I lost over $1600 due to this mess and no one helped turn this situation around. I had to stop my move which is causing a bigger loss.

mouhamadou gThe location itself was fine the staff was friendly and helpful. But when I made the reservation I made it for the location closest to my house to help cut down on the cost. When a truck was not at the location selected I had to drive fourty miles out of the way to get the truck to use it for 3 hours and got charged for all of those fourty miles. I wanted to pay $50 ended up paying $150. Will not be doing this again.

PAUL SAlthough it seemed to take long to check out the guys were super friendly and apologized for the inconvenience but the fact that they were super nice and friendly was what overall made it a good experience thanks I will be coming back next time I need to move or need a trailer

DESIRAE AThe unit that I got had a brake fluid cap that was rusted shut. The entire part that connects to the hitch was rusted as well. Also, because no one could open the brake fluid cap their was most likely no brake fluid in there so the brakes didn't work on the trailer.
