JULIE ECab of the truck was clean, the back of the truck was filled with mud and other animal items. I was shocked at how bad of shape the cargo was when I opened the door. I have pictures if your team would like to follow up.

Lauren MThe gas tank was empty. The gas warning light came on within a mile after I picked up the truck, had to stop for gas just to get going. Then after I returned the truck, the U-Haul website showed that I never returned the truck several days later. Had to file a complaint to get it straightened out.

Victoria CCould do a better job guaranteeing close locations to home for pick up. I had to drop down in truck size to get one closer to my home. They wanted me to drive 90 miles to get the truck I ordered.
raymon pThe drivers door was not sealing correctly when closed. I spent nearly 1,000 miles with a loud howl from wind leaking past the door seals. This was pathetic, and the truck not have been dispatched.
Ronald CAs has happened to me before, my invoice contained charges that I declined when I reserved the truck online ahead of time. My invoice contained a $14 safe move charge even though I declined it… Again, this has happened before and is disturbing :-(
