i attempted a return through the app and it wouldn't let me. According to customer service, i didn't have my location turned on (i did). If that was the case, the app should have warned me but it didn't. We gave the keys to the guy and he returned the truck for us. A Day LATER! Uhaul charged me an extra day fee despite the fact that i turned it in a day early. I should never have been charged for an extra day but I was. I attempted to live chat into their help desk and every time I stated my problem, it disconnected, and i was prevented from sending further messages. I called twice and the first time it hung up on me. I was eventually able to get ahold of someone but am still waiting to see if my money get's returned as this was NOT my fault it was returned 'late'. Very disappointed in this Uhaul experience. It started out great but ended poorly
