The truck itself was fine, it was dirty and only 1/3 of the gas tank was full, but that’s whatever. But the process of picking it up via the app was horrendous. The app was super glitchy, it wouldn’t let us pick the truck up if we were 40 minutes late (which we only discovered after exhausting multiple options for 30+ minutes). Then the agent verification process was terrible considering you have to just sit there and wait for an extended period of time until someone logs on and reviews your info. Just the whole process seems like it was very poorly thought through, not conducive at all for moving days which are usually some of the most fast-paced days there are. Will never do this again and wouldn’t even consider recommending the mobile pickup to anyone.

Way to many miles you get charged for before even getting to city limits. And the app takes you the longest ways adding mileage. I checked multiple times. What a rip off.
