The location I went to to order the truck on airport road in Kinston was clean and inviting also the vehicle shown to me was clean and taken care of but unfortunately I didn’t rent from there I was switched to deep run which made my experience aweful.

My car broke down in MT Olive NC, Heading home to PA. I called U-Haul in Goldsboro because they are open 24hrs and the gentleman was able to bring the truck and trailer to me so that I could continue my journey home. Everything was great and I would highly recommend Uhaul in Goldsboro NC
