Fast , friendly, and sufficient All around great service
TONIA LExtremely dissatisfied. 1. The vehicle was not in alignment and caused sever hand pain and cramping to hold it on the road. 2. There was a drywall screw in our tire - had to call for service once vehicle was loaded. This was obviously there when we picked up vehicle 3. The guy who waited on us acted like he was inconvenienced when I requested to be told about the trailer hook-up. 4. We were not told by the facility that you have to remove the side panels on the trailer to get out of your vehicle. I climbed through the back of a full packed vehicle and sprained my toe. The tow truck driver who fixed our flat was incredible and he explained it to us. 5. There was an electrical issue with the trailer and the left blinker blinked during a right turn. The running lights on trailer did not work properly 6. Starting and ending on a half tank of gas is not a practicaL solution for a move. Its nearly impossible to gauge how much you need to be properly and not overly at half. A full tank is more convenient. Moving is stressful enough, I chose U-haul based on its reputation and the affordability of equipment. I would like to be compensated for this extremely frustrating and difficult situation. LAURA COriginal reservation was not available despite confirmation 24 hrs prior and customer had to go to a different location for pick up.

You were there to help hook up and unhook and did so with pertinent information and with efficiency. You obviously are experienced and made it look easy. You started our day out well and helped to end our adventure with ease of drop off. I will be a return customer, Bay Area Rental you earned my business. Great experience.
SHERI BI was charged for an extra day when I returned the truck to Bay Area rental on the same night I rented it. Not happy.
MICHELLE REasy and fast pick up. Truck was easy to drive. Employees were very helpful and nice.
TRACY AThe biggest issue with this rental is that the ramp on the truck is way too short making it much mor difficult to navigate and possibly a safety issue.
James PThe inside cab was dirty, the trucks transmission is all fucked up, every time the truck went to switch gears it would go over 5000 rpms. Shouldn’t be renting that truck out to anybody
REINER AI reserved in prescott. Then 1 day b4 pickup I found out by checking up no truck would be were I reserved and would have to go to bay city. Then at bay city while picking up my stuff I was told my dolly was unavailable and never given furniture coverings I payed for and when I called them after realizing they said call another number. Literally got nothing I reserved and paid previously for wtf!!!!.....!!!!!!!......!!!!!

James LThe person at the pick up location had trouble with the UHaul check in platform. It took 45 minutes to check in. Didn't mention the damage to the passenger side of the truck (I did take a picture). The truck was fine, just late getting started.
Mark SI was told by the UHaul representative in Cumming, GA that the returned trailer was not properly hooked up by the Bay City, MI representative. Apparently the emergency breakaway braking system was not hooked up. Fortunately for the me - as well as the public - that feature/capability was not called upon. Probably an oversight but remedial training is recommended for everyone’s sake.
