I was given a drop off location about 25 miles from my destination. I passed 4 u-haul locations getting to my drop off location. One of the locations was about 3 miles from my destination. When I rented the unit I told the clerk I wanted to drop off at the nearest u-haul location. He was obviously brain dead. I wasted over an hour of my life in heavy traffic.

Trucks parked in a lot next to a convenience store that housed a drop box for keys. Very inconvenient to return. Key drop was in a different location than trucks parked.

First let me say Pickup was well handled by the staff and then turn-in location on Hwy #83, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433 was excellent too! Both staffs understood my needs and made sure that my moving efforts were taken care of before departure and return. I made sure clean truck and rental items clean and returned, Besides computer problems initially, I can only praise the staff including the two people that helped me by phone. Thank you.

1. U-Haul rep scammed me for $25.00 saying that my online reservation was not valid for his store 2. Windshield wipers non-existent which became very dangerous during our trip. So much so that we had to stop for two hours to wait for the rain to stop. Then drove to a Auto parts store and paid for wipers. 3. Front tires were so feathered the entire trip was spent fighting to keep the truck on the road. The entire front of the truck vibrated whenever going over 35 - mph.

Horrible location for a drop off. Very inconvenient and out of the way. I would never ever take the offer to drop off for $20. Took me 18 miles out of my way. Not to mention the extra gas I had to pay. Not very happy with this drop off.

It was a drop box in the worst part of town with no security to protect the equipment left in the back of the truck. Hard to find,.

I did not get a dolly

The only thing I didn't like was I ordered a like 10 or 20-in stroke and got a 26 ft long truck with no dolly or anything else in it for helping move so I pretty much wasted my money it's not the storage fault but you always phone

i was relocated to that location from where I scheduled it The email notification did not let me know i was 24/7 virtural pick up, vice walk in and handle at the desk. Much more pain using broken up voice on dispatch end that could have gone smoother if I understood what Inhad to due before driving around town.

There was drinks spilled on the middle seat along with cigarette ash and cab smelled of smoke. Also mobile pick was horrid took 45 minutes to complete pick up and 20 minutes to drop off.

The process took too long and was too difficult. They expected me to do everything for the check-in on-line. I don't have a data plan; thus, could do nothing. My daughter, who is much younger and know technology, could not get it done because the phone service reception was so bad there. Eventually, the gentleman there was able to get it all done from inside the truck, not the office. Not sure why not in the office; but I did receive the receipt vis e-mail later that day. It seems to be a very tedious process.

There really was no where to park the truck and there was no one to contact about returning the truck somewhere else. I parked it out of the way best i could and left it. There is only room there for two trucks and i was the third truck there.

Was extremely hard to get into the lock to get the key. The people in the store knew nothing about the U-Haul rentals. Also, I rented a dolly but could not find one at any of the locations.

Called before dropping the 20' truck off EARLY (Tues Nov & 7th) NOT Nov 8th. The receipt is in error. Also, would have been nice for a person to be at the location when dropping off the truck as info may have been received correctly. Person on phone was very nice , though .
