Vehicle was filthy, windshield was covered in dirt, impossible to drive prior to cleaning by myself, check engine light stayed on after starting. This location was difficult to find. Not actually in Ignacio, or Bayfield, almost 20 miles away from Ignacio and farther from Bayfield. Nobody answers the phone at this location and only way to leave messages is via email.

Kalon PI had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 10 am. There was not anyone around to check out the trailer to me. I had to call U-Haul to try and resolve the issue. The proposed resolution was to drive another 50 miles to get another trailer. We had to knock on the door of the residence to wake up someone to check out the trailer to me.
