Staff was very friendly but the truck we rented was not swept out and it smelled like a dead corpse in the back of the truck.

I rent trucks all the time from you folks because my wife has a staging business. From the moment I walked through the door it was a horrible experience. I approached a staff member and said that I am here to return my truck. He pointed to the end of the counter and said go there. Mind you there was not a single person in there but me. I then told him that will be gassing the truck first and doing the online self-checkin to return the truck. Which I did. Then when I went inside he told me that I needed to go park the truck at the other end of the building in his lot with the other trucks. I did as he asked even though I was not comfortable reverse parking that truck without anyone to guide me. Afterwards I went back inside the store to return the keys but he said that I needed to go take a picture of the gas and mileage and bring it back to him. I informed him again that I had already done it online. He said that was the procedure and that I needed to go take the picture and bring it back to him. I told him that I have done the self check in on the app many times and have never been asked to do what he is asking. I then told him that I now feel like he is making me do his job. I left the keys and walked out. He followed me outside and again told me that I needed to go take the picture and that if I did not he would not accept the truck back. I then told him I did my part checking it in so I ahev fulfilled my end already. He then tossed the keys on top of the trash bin and said that he is not taking jt. I then called Uhaul customer service to let them know. When they saw I was actually talking to a Uhaul representative they came and got thr keys and proceeded to park and check the truck in themselves.

Mark AThe truck only had 1/4 tank of gas, which meant we had to buy gas from them. The truck was dirty, and it was difficult to see through the film on the window. The staff were great but the truck was not in a condition that I have experienced in the past with U-Haul. We were only moving furniture from point A to point B. If I were driving any distance, I would not have used this truck.

JEREMY RIn your infinite wisdom, U-Haul sent me an hour and a half away from my final destination, passing six other U-Haul locations burning up fuel and time, that I didn’t have extra of. Everything would’ve been fine if we could’ve just dropped off the same place as last time or any of the other local establishments if I could leave a negative review that I felt would actually affect U-Haul. I would do it if I thought I had any power to inconvenience anyone at U-Haul the way I was inconvenienced I would do it.

Use of friends phone caused unjust denial due to a bougus uhaul information history without proper notification as to not even using of the persons personal phone info placing a rift in a plesent personal vacation taking days to unravel as well as extended the hotel stays meals worry and mistrust and then my own notification of none non rental status of units within traffic history Are you being hacked are your controls being used by outside parties
david tWe had a lot of trouble with the initial payment to pick up our rental, and had to call U-Haul to talk to an agent who was then able to help the rental location finally process the payment and get us on our way. Pain in the bottom!
James GI rented a truck for an in-town move. The truck was ready to go, clean, and in good condition. The staff were very helpful and efficient. They explained everything clearly and got me out the door quickly. Would definitely rent another truck from this location.
