First off…I was driving from central Alabama to Kentucky, renting trailer, loading it up, and driving back to Alabama. Pick up was great. No issues. U-Haul website needs work. I reserved trailer at a specific location, one-way per the website…U-Haul called to confirm the day before my trip. Informed me that the nearest trailer to my pre chosen location was over 30 miles away in the opposite direction. Employee I spoke with was great. She helped me find a more convenient location that was on my route. Although I had to drag an empty trailer further than I had planned it was better than driving more than an hour round trip out of my way. Need to update the website to what is on site at locations please. Drop off and pickup locations are 5 stars….U-Haul website is 1 Star at best.

JERRY SThe drop off location was wonderful! Would recommend to anyone. However, the main office needs to seriously update their system and communications!!!! Dropped off after hours. Called the next business day to confirm received keys, etc and checked to make sure did not owe any additional charges; was advised everything was good. Received an email stating had not returned Uhau. Called drop off location again and confirmed. Received a certified letter stating U haul was not returned. Called the number on the letter which advised to call Edmonton, Called Edmonton where U haul picked up and advised to call Munfordville location where Uhaul was dropped off as Edmonton is not showing that Uhaul has not been returned. Called the Munfordville office and the very helpful and patient employee on the phone whom we spoke with every time advised she would call and get it straightened out. We were advised the main office, the one who sent the certified letter, did not keep good records and communication with them were not the best. The main office needs to update their system to receive information when a drop off has been entered into the system.
