This is truly the worst experience I've ever had with UHaul over many years of using the service. When I place the request for the equipment in the app it told me I had equipment at a location I located there and was told there was no equipment and had to go 40 minutes out of my way one way to get the equipment I needed to complete the move I was working on which means I paid considerable amount more in mileage and gas because the app told me that there was equipment and there wasn't Then when I get there there's nobody there so I have no signs I have no nothing to tell me what to do when the checkout was done it didn't say call this person so I had to call you on customer support and wait until somebody got on the line They passed me to somebody else who passed me to somebody else who passed me to the person who takes care of the equipment at the site who then went to the entire process of having me back up and taking payment even though I had already done all this on the app Then he tells me I could park over at the church because there's no parking at this location oh and this is the bad side of town so wow thanks for putting Me In Harm's Way this is truly a bad part of town Then when I get back to check in the the trailer I had to take the pictures like seven times all of them it wouldn't take the pictures now at the beginning when it took pictures it had a little design of the truck showing you what the pictures needed to have but they check in pictures nope so I had to guess what the heck was wrong cuz it didn't say specifically what was wrong with the pictures it just said it didn't load it didn't load it didn't load that was probably the most irritating portion of this process that should have taken 10 minutes took half an hour I'll be hesitant to use U-Haul in the future and I'll be very very sure that whatever location they think they're going to send me to is not in the bad part of town which happens to be the entire west side of Jacksonville

Made reservation a weeks before the needed date. Physically whent in to the location days before the needed date and confirmed everything with the representative via telecommunication. Arrived at location to pick up and the reservation was not prepared or available. Called uhaul and the respresentative and to find a truck at another location. Once I turned in the truck it cost me more than my original reservation, not to mention the extra $100.00 I had to pay the young men who assisted with the move because I was late to the location over an hour. The absolute worst uhaul experience I've ever had and I've been useing uhaul for many years. The location is clean and up to date, with the latest technology however what matters is getting your truck on the time scheduled. There is no excuse for this lack of preparation. Especially when I made the reservation ahead of time and physically visited the location to confirm it.

The man working was very friendly. I originally booked my pick up location at the Neptune beach, fl location and after assuring me that was my pick up location they canted it yo the Larkin Road location which was 30 minutes away instead of 5. Very frustrating
