Terrible hours of operation closed when we got there so we had to check in via cell phone. No cell service so the entire process was frustrating.

David PappArrived at location, 9:00 AM opening. Employee didn't even arrive until about 9:08 AM. Employee had no knowledge of my rental appointment and we had to wait 2-3 minutes (very little exaggeration here) for the computer to boot up and she could log in and confirm. Computer was a laptop that was stored in a cabinet, so it had to be connected to power, ethernet, etc. prior to the boot up. I have my own dollie and everything was in boxes, so we needed nothing additional. I drive off the lot and make a turn only to hear a bang in the rear of the truck. A dollie and several furniture pads were left in the back of the truck. Since this was to be a one-way rental, I had to drive back to the facility and turn in the furniture pads and the dollie. It was a late start to my move, which ended up with timing at delivery that coincided with the line of storms on January 4th. Not the best of experiences. Also, it might be good to explain to a customer why a 5.00 environmental fee is added to the bill at the time of pickup.

But when a went to pick up on Saturday morning the girl that was there was not friendly or helpful at all she did t even show me where the truck was couldn’t get off the chair for nothing . She tell me just look for the number which I had to go several time in the office for her to explain . But finally I just try the key into I located the truck but the same way I said that she was not helpful at all . I can said that the person on the phone was very helpful and answer all my questions

I understood the rental fee and to fill truck up with fuel, but never the per miles fee. This total bill did not sit well with me. david grauAlthough the pick up place was fine ~ my over all experience with U-Haul NOT PROVIDING me with the original place of choice and size truck was very extremely poor. It left me having to deal with an oversized truck for my belongings for my trip. Furthermore, it is my belief the $50 guarantee is nothing more than a pseudo promise even light of past class actions regarding the same issue. They wiggle out of it through the use of "additional" verbiage other than what is written on the guarantee. Very poor indeed. SO BEWARE of false promises.

INES GARCIAif customer is renting a hand truck which i did for washer/dryer move the rep. at rental spot should inform you if truckc has ramp.I rented 10' truck was suposed to have ramp but had tow hitch package.I had to buy plywood and make ramp to load washer/dryer.Needless to say it was a paininthe ass.Other than that truck was very good.The woman at rental sitewas very nice as well.

Edward StefanovMy experience with Uhaul was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The trailer I rented was in terrible shape the lights did not work properly on the trailer, our module was change and they still didn't work. A friend/mechanic worked on it for 5 hours the night before our trip. We were to leave on a Sun. so nothing was open to change trailers. I reported it 3 times, but drove 1300 miles with it, because the trip was planned and I had a deadline to meet. When I dropped it off, I unhooked it from our vehicle then had to hook it up again to move it, and when I ask the gentleman at the drop off site to verify the lights weren't working they now were working. Uhaul obviously didn't believe me (even though I had reported it 3 times) and would only credit me $30. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
