VICTOR PThe truck pickup was fast and convenient with the rep taking me through each step. I really appreciate the courtesy call the morning of the reservation. One possible improvement would be some information on where to park and where to enter since each uhaul location is different. This could be part of the reservation process or on the courtesy call.
JAMES PIt was the worst experience ever, no one responded at the phone for customer service, i had to wait one hour outside there for the "approval". The return was supposed to be near Miami beach and they didn't let me. And I received already 3 charges that I'm gonna complain about tomorrow

KEVIN MThe shop was closed because the lady was at a near by bank. I had to wait for her around 20min and she didn’t even apologized for been closed. When she gets to the shop she doesn’t even bother to call me to let me know she is there while I was seating in my car by her parking lot for around 20min. This shop is very unprofessional NOT worthy of U-Haul business.

KENNETH RThe constant display of “car tire pressure system is totally distracting. It is not the first time I have had this issue with my U-Haul rentals. Fix the vehicle issue. I was unable to take a photo of the mileage due to this issue! Enough!

Tanya IEstuve realizando un PickUP (viernes 19 de mayo, 8:30am) en la localidad 5571 NW 84th Ave y mi experiencia fue horrible. Al intentar hacer PickUp en mi aplicación de Uhaul me dió problemas con subir mi licencia. Cuando abrieron la localidad le pedí ayuda a Michelle y su actitud fue de lo peor. Michelle no me aceptó mi licencia emitida por el Gobierno de Puerto Rico. Le expliqué en múltiples ocasiones que mi licencia era válida en todo EU porque PR es parte de EU e hizo todo lo posible por no alquilar el UHAUL. Su respuesta fue "la licencia de mi pais y la tuya hasta donde yo se es la misma" haciendo referencia a EU (Michelle tenía acento cubano, desconozco su nacionalidad). Llamé a servicio al cliente y después de 1 hora me dijeron que si, que podía volver para recoger mi alquiler. Una vez llegó Michelle llamó a servicio al cliente y le dijo todo lo contrario a la realidad. Le dijo que tenía mi licencia expirada, en papel y un sin numero de mentiras, por lo que servicio al cliente me denegó el alquiler. Michelle literalmente me echó de sus facilidades y estuve 2 horas afuera llorando porque sentí que ella me discriminó por tener una licencia de PR (que es válida) y por esta situación me atrasaría en el asunto que tenia que resolver con la guagua alquilada. Yo necesitaba el alquiler no tenia otra opción. Luego de las dos horas que estuve llorando en las afueras ( ya eran las 12 aprox) borré la aplicación de UHAUL e intenté hacer el pickup nuevamente y SI ME LO ACEPTARON. Osea, Michelle hizo todo lo que estuvo a su alcance para no aceptar mi licencia de PR y UHAUL SI ME LO ACEPTO. La humillación de Michelle estuvo muy mal. Cuando regresé a entregar el UHAUL Michelle fue a verificar que todo estuviera bien y comenzó a tirar las puertas de la guagua. Consecuencias de la actitud de Michelle: Yo llegue de mi país PR ese día a las 7:30am y me regresaba a las 5:00pm. Yo alquilé el UHAUL para recogerlo a las 8am porque tendria que llevar una mercancia de mi negocio al puerto para traslado por mar. La mercancia la tenia que entregar antes de la 1pm. Debido a esta situacion con Michelle pude irme con la guagua a las 12pm aprox. Es decir, no llegué a tiempo al puerto para entregar la mercancía, por lo que no tuve mas opción de enviar la mercancia por correo postal (aereo). El puerto me costaría $125 mientras que por correo postal me costó $1,119. Es decir, por la situación con Michelle tuve que pagar $994 dolares adicionales a lo que tenía contemplado. Tengo todos los recibos y la evidencia de lo que estoy escribiendo aqui. Yo soy una persona que tengo negocios y viajo constantemente a realizar este tipo de tarea que tenía que realizar este día. Y nunca me había sentido tan humillada por parte de una persona. Mi experiencia fue tan pesima que me quede paralizada por dos horas llorando en las afueras de la localidad. Y no tan solo eso, cuando regreso a entregar la guagua que ya había tenido que pagar $994 adicional y Michelle empieza a tirar las puertas de la guagua? No, esto no es aceptable. Ni yo, ni nungún cliente tiene porque pasar por esta experiencia tan horrible. Definitivamente no vuelvo a hacer ninguna reservación con UHAUL. Todo lo expuesto anteriormente pueden confirmarlo con las cámaras de seguridad de la localidad. En cuanto al dinero que tuve que pagar demas tengo evidencia de la cita que tenía en el puerto para entregar la mercancia y el recibo de lo que me costó enviar la mercancia por correo postal. I was doing a PickUP (Friday, May 19, 8:30am) at 5571 NW 84th Ave and my experience was horrible. When trying to do PickUp in my Uhaul application, it gave me problems uploading my license. When they opened the town I asked Michelle for help and her attitude was the worst. Michelle did not accept my license issued by the Government of Puerto Rico. I explained to him multiple times that my license was valid throughout the US because PR is part of the US and he did his best not to rent the UHAUL. His answer was "my country's license and yours as far as I know is the same" referring to the US (Michelle had a Cuban accent, I don't know her nationality). I called customer service and after 1 hour they told me that yes, I could come back to pick up my rental. Once Michelle arrived, she called customer service and told her the opposite of reality. He told him that I had my license expired, on paper and a number of lies, for which customer service denied me the rental. Michelle literally threw me out of her facilities and I was outside crying for 2 hours because I felt that she discriminated against me for having a PR license (which is valid) and because of this situation I would be behind in the matter that I had to resolve with the rented bus. I needed the rent, I had no other option. After the two hours that I was crying on the outskirts (it was already around 12) I deleted the UHAUL application and tried to do the pickup again and IT WAS ACCEPTED. I mean, Michelle did everything in her power not to accept my PR license and UHAUL IF I ACCEPT IT. Michelle's humiliation was very wrong. When I returned to deliver the UHAUL, Michelle went to verify that everything was okay and began to slam the doors of the bus. Consequences of Michelle's attitude: I arrived from my country PR that day at 7:30 am and returned at 5:00 pm. I rented the UHAUL to pick it up at 8am because I would have to take merchandise from my business to the port for transfer by sea. The merchandise had to be delivered before 1pm. Due to this situation with Michelle I was able to leave with the bus at approx 12pm. In other words, I did not arrive at the port on time to deliver the merchandise, so I had no other option to send the merchandise by postal mail (air). The port would cost me $125 while by mail it cost me $1,119. That is to say, because of the situation with Michelle I had to pay an additional $994 dollars to what I had contemplated. I have all the receipts and the evidence of what I am writing here. I am a person who has business and I travel constantly to carry out this type of task that I had to carry out today. And I have never felt so humiliated by a person. My experience was so terrible that I was paralyzed for two hours crying on the outskirts of the town. And not only that, when I return to deliver the bus that I had already had to pay an additional $994 and Michelle starts to slam the doors of the bus? No, this is not acceptable. Neither I nor any client have to go through this horrible experience. I am definitely not making any reservations with UHAUL again. All of the above can be confirmed with the local security cameras. As for the money that I had to pay, I have evidence of the appointment I had at the port to deliver the merchandise and the receipt of what it cost me to send the merchandise by postal mail.
