Make sure to top off the windshield wiper fluid. Also better headlights would be a plus. When the speed limit in most cases on the interstate is 75 miles per hour and your truck won't give no more than 74 I think that makes for a dangerous situation especially when the governor takes away the power and it falls on it's face. Got a phone call from a employee telling me someone reported that I was sick while driving the uhaul. Then asked me if I was running a fever and had any symptoms which I did not. Only person that I was around out of the normal was the person I picked up the uhaul from which I was wearing gloves because I didn't know who was the last person in it or where the truck had been.woodrow S.

The entire process was horrible. The computer system would not register that we were at their location. I had to call customer service for them to fix it. Then there was issues with getting ahold of my â€œother contactâ€. The entire process took over 30 minutes for us to rent the truck. Horrible experience.Robert L.

Everything about the business I rented from and the awesome lady I delt with was fantastic. But your prices per mile are ridiculous. I rented the truck for our Volunteer Fire Department Non profit mind you and got NO discount. Also I rented it for just a few hours and it cost me for 1 day rental which I dont agree with either. .69 cents a mile on week days and .89 cents on the weekend this is just crazy. Your price for the size of truck on the rental $39.95 per day is priced right .Harold W.

U-Haul in general was disappointing this move. No 15 foot truck available in rogersville, so I was offered a 20 foot for same price and then I got call that 20 foot not available and was offered 26 foot. I had rural route roads which are too curvy for that big truck. Then they offered a 15 â€˜ truck in Greeneville (35) miles away. That's a 70 mile round trip i was not planning on Then I got a call from the Greeneville location and the lady said she didn't like doing the 24/7 rental on mobile phone for Sunday because she would not be able to rent it on Saturday. I rented the truck for Saturday and Sunday. So it cost an extra day and 70 miles extra in mileage.erick H.

Only thing I would suggest is that they need to explain the turn in policy to a closed location. I was told to just drop the key in the box and wasn't really aware of having to take pictures and what all was involved.John B.
