I was charged for 250 miles, and the mileage only shows me driving 150 miles. I just noticed this as I was going through my receipts to process for work. I thought the rental was a little high because it was about $50 more than the time before, and I had just rented one and made the same trip a week before.

My reservation was made to pick up at a location, close to my home and convenient for me. This location overbooked and called and told me I could not have my vehicle when I needed it. They redirected me to another location that managed to get me the vehicle when I needed it, but caused me an inconvenience to have to go out of my way. And then when I get to the new location, the furniture pads and the appliance cart were nowhere to be found when I call Customer Service because I was picking up my vehicle before anyone was on site all that customer service could offer me was for me to go and pick it up somewhere else. I would’ve expected someone to deliver. when I return the vehicle, I mentioned it to the employee. All she could say was somebody must’ve returned the vehicle during the night and Didn’t leave the furniture pads and the appliance cart in the vehicle. She didn’t take any responsibility for anything. I had people lined up and being paid to complete this move while I’m supposed to drive all over picking up items that I ordered and were not in the truck when I picked it up. Absolute terrible customer service. My entire rental cost should be refunded to cover all of the additional costs I incurred and and inconvenience.

Holly and Austin were friendly , professional and so easy to work with! I really prefer to use the local smaller U-Haul facilities like Beane outdoor structures, as the personal friendly attention is so welcome . I highly recommend them !

I ordered a dolly and pads for my move and I did not receive any of it. You are a moving company so I don't understand how you don't have these items available especially when they are reserved? You used to have a dolly in EVERY truck all the time. This ruined our move.

First, the rental location for the reservation was changed at the last minute requiring me to drive several additional minutes to pick up the U-haul truck. The rental location was not open and the attendant was late. Also, the attendant had a pet all over me sniffing me during the check out of the U-haul truck. The location did not have the furniture pads I requested at the initial reservation. This was a horrible experience. I will never rent from U-haul again.

The vehicle should start with a full tank of gas and be returned by the customer with a full tank. The truck was given to me with less than a quarter of a tank. In fact, the gages in the truck denoted less than 22 miles before being totally empty. That's a Major concern and inconvenience

I made a reservation, two days before I needed, to pick up a trailer from one Haul location. As I was driving to pick the trailer up, I called just to confirm and was told they did not have the trailer, they had the reservation but could not provide the trailer. They transferred me to another location on the other side of the county. I went there to pick up a trailer, they were closed but we were going to do everything over the phone. Mind you, it was pouring down rain and my wife and I together could not pick up the tongue of the trailer high enough to place it onto my truck hitch. The gentleman we were talking to over the phone was very nice and helpful and suggested that we go to another location, so back to the other side of the county we go. The third location is where we met Austin. I cannot say enough positive about Austin! He turned a very bad experience into a good one. He was extremely helpful, friendly, caring, and professional. He knew what he was doing and accommodated us without any problem. Before I knew it, the paperwork was done, signed, and the trailer was hooked up my truck. When it comes to UHaul, I highly recommend seeing Austin. He treats you with respect and is eager to satisfy the customer.

Being charged for 100 miles at $1 a mile was a bit of a surprise. If I knew the price was that much I would have never kept the vehicle any additional time.

The vehicle's alignment seemed to be off as I had to turn the steering wheel by 20 degrees or so to drive straight, otherwise it would go into another lane. It was really windy that day so not sure if that was the cause.

I didn’t receive the furniture pads that I pad the extra 5$ for but I was charged and I didn’t appreciate that at all the truck needs an alignment really bad because it shakes when u drive 35mph or higher

Very friendly and helpful. We were able to pickup and drop off the truck in a timely manner which made our moving process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

1Low truck tire pressure caused a dash light error which covered up the mileage. I had to take the truck back home to fill it with air. 2. The app was troublesome, I had to call for help... it took 45 minutes to check in and 35 to check out. 3. Beware of your final charges to your credit card. Mileage was very expensive plus gas plus tax plus plus.

My poor rating has nothing to do with the Beane Outdoor Structures 1550 Hwy 49 S Concord NC 28025 location. It has to do with the Uhaul @ 855 Concord Pkwy S, Concord, NC 28027. I reserved a truck and an applaince dolly online. Upon arrival, they did not have a the dolly and stated, Uhauld does not guarantee dollys to be available. If that is the case, what is the point of reserving one if you need to move an applaince? They did call and find a different location that had both a truck and a dolly but this was just a waste of time and a furter distance away which, cost more time and money.

The owner lord & said I left 5 gallons of gas out of the truck. I put gas in the truck before I dropped it off & I didn’t even drive 5 gallons of gas. Why he lied I’m not sure but I don t appreciate the lies for extra $$$$. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO a facility & they lie.

Was hoping for a closer location for a car tow trailer but no closer locations had availability. In a pinch, this location came in clutch. Easy to access... Just a little further from my house than I wanted but it was worth the drive to get our car home same day. Thanks
