I have moved too many times and I have needed storage along the way. Bear River storage in Washington is by far the best place I have rented - of the five facilities in Washington county alone ! Secure, Clean, easily accessed units - climate control units are actually climate controlled ! NO sign of pests or rodents in last 2 years -- that's a good sign. Nice and dry inside,( my belongings were flood damaged at a different facility in the area). The managers on site are very helpful.

I moved out of the storage unit and they still charged me another month's rent ADVICE get statement in writing that you moved out what date and what time and who you spoke with. SCAM!!! don't rent from this storage place You get charged $12 for a lock then if you don't have the correct storage, you get charged another $50 or better!! again Don't rent from this place.

Bear River Storage maintains a clean, and functional storage unit facility. The staff was always friendly and helped answer any questions that came their way. I would highly recommend this location to others that are looking for a secure place to store their belongings.

The facility was awesome from the start ! We were only planning on being there for 6 months at most but turned out to be more than a year plus. The communication was always there and never had a problem with our stuff. Our unit was one of the big RV units so we were able to fit in our previous house of 2700 sq feet at least. Would recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit

Manager Angie retrieved a document (no easy task as she graciously went thru several boxes with my assistance over the phone) from my storage files and mailed it to me in another state. Invaluable help. Also, assistant Kim helped me load heavy mattress into U-Box for my move back east, loaned me a hand truck, and mopped my unit and hallways immediately after I had cleared out. It was a pleasure to work with Bear River.

This is a nice, clean, and well maintained facility. My only suggestion for improvement is to extend the timers for the motion detection lighting inside the climate controlled areas. Lights only stay on for a few minutes and can get too dark to see if there is no movement in the hallway.

We paid “extra” for a climate controlled unit to keep our items cool, we thought. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a cool climate controlled environment! The owners cool “just” the hallways to 81 degrees!!!! There are NO vents that would cool inside the units only the hallways are cooled! The air conditioner doesn’t even turn on in the hallway until it’s 82 in the hallways. That makes the storage units inside the rollup doors between 84 and 86°. This is not climate control environment it’s HOT!!! One day it was hotter inside! this is outrageous! I do NOT suggest their climate controlled units at all!

Vivian was very kind, and even though the office was closed on Sunday, she was able to get us checked out the day after, on Monday. The climate control was always working efficiently. Professional in every way.

I had a wonderful experience having my storage unit with Bear River Storage! Everyone who helped me was always kind and respectful. My unit was in clean condition when I rented it and the only reason we left is because we now have storage at home. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family. Great prices and amazing customer service.

I have never had such poor customer service! I told them I needed a unit guaranteed on a Saturday and they assured me there would be one. When I got there, they couldn't find any notes about me coming in and their computer was down so they couldn't get me a unit. I went to run other errands and wait for a call which I never go. I called back 3 times. First one, they said the computer was still down. Second and third, no answer had to leave a voicemail. My Stuff ended up sitting in a hot trailer for a whole weekend and when I called back on Monday they couldn't find any info about me or my reservation and told me that the person who guaranteed I'd have one should have taken payment over the phone on the previous Thursday so that I would have been able to just go in. Every time I have had to call, the person never has an answer and says that they will call back and then never do for 2-3 days. Lastly, I gave them my move out notice almost 2 weeks in advance and agreed that I had to be out by June 2nd to avoid paying another month. I went in on May 31st and told the receptionist that everything was cleaned out and she made a note and said I would get an email within 48 hours confirming it. I never got the email. Never got a call. I did, however, get charged another month on the 3rd of June. I didn't catch it until Sunday the 6th and called about it on Monday the 7th. They finally sent me my move out confirmation but said only their manager could give me the refund and he might not be in for 2-3 days. Still don't have my refund. Haven't had any correspondence since the move out confirmation email. I will NEVER recommend this place because of the most stressful month of moving and storing things. Moving is hard enough and they made it a nightmare and potentially ruined some of my things by not following though with their promise for a unit when I made it clear how desperately I needed the unit on that day and now I'm stuck with a charge for a month of storage that I am not using and a lock that I can't use for anything else because they couldn't just loan me one of their unique locks.

The storage facility itself is new, it's clean and easy to access. It was helpful to us. This facility became a new u-haul vendor, which was convenient. However, on my first use of their U-Haul truck, I was overcharged for gas and they charged me a safe move fee that was not discussed and to which I didn't agree. The regional manager was there when I returned the truck, and I explained what happened and he agreed to refund the difference. That was several weeks ago. I stopped by the facility and they referred me again to him. I left a phone message for him. Still no action. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but their U-haul manager has not responded and has not issued a refund as he promised. I don't recommend using their services for U-Haul based on this experience unless you meticulously resolve any issues you have upfront before you take the truck or trailer. The U-Haul equipment is well-maintained and served us very well. It is their system and people that let us down. Again, the storage complex is very well designed and worked great for us. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for storage.

Higher priced units due to lack of available units in the immediate area. New place however I feel the cost is prohibitive of myself recommending this to a friend. Also I turned in keys to the unit on 3/16/21 not 3/18. Hopefully I can get refunded for remaining days I already paid for. Thank you
