JENNIFER SI rented online. The day before I was due to pick up my rental it showed it was unavailable. I called the facility and left a message. To her credit, she called me back within just a couple of minutes, but she told me that I should’ve never been rented the truck because she was closed. She was very annoyed and Never apologized. She acted as if it was all my fault. I had inconvenienced her because she lives over 20 miles away from her store. Furthermore, the reason I rented the truck was because I was Moving an upright freezer and needed an appliance dolly, which I paid to rent. (She did refund the appliance dolly rental.) She told me she didn’t have any appliance dollies and hadn’t had any in her facility in over three months. The best she could do was rent me a regular dolly and I could get some straps to strap the freezer to. We ended up going to Harbor freight and buying an appliance dolly. throughout this whole process She was very rude. She Never apologized; it was as if I was the inconvenience and not the one being inconvenienced. We go to pick up the truck get in the truck and drive away to get to our destination and discover there is dog poo in the back of the truck. It stunk terribly. I had to clean up dog poo before we could put our belongings in this truck. There are not enough bad things to say about this horrible experience.
Christine CPicking up was go, finding a place to return was almost impossible. Went to 6 different locations on map before actually finding the locationon us 40 to return the trailer........not good !

THEODORE AI admit I was 10 minutes late. But why did I have to wait 10 minutes for the person to arrive to check me out? Not pleased. I could have been called that she would be late. The trailer was not clean, but we returned it cleaner. Latch needed WD-40.
Larry HI scheduled my pick up for 430pm. Get a call on my way asking if I can come early cause the woman needed to leave to pick up her grandkids. Get there and the woman was less than friendly, the other woman locked the keys in the uhaul and had to do an equipment exchange due to it being after hours. Then the uhaul I rented continued to overheat turning my 8 hour move into a 14 hour trip. When speaking with customer service was informed the equipment shouldn’t have been rented out in the first place due to overheating issues in the past.
Colbi TThe jack would not raise without a lot of force when I picked it up. Then, when I arrive, brought it back, I could not get the trailer off the truck because the jack was not working at all. The staff was kind enough to finally get a jack to jack the trailer up off of the trailer hitch.
John CI would never recommend this pick up location to anyone. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. Gayle displayed zero professionalism. She had a nasty demeanor, she was smoking outside the companies property and displayed poor communication skills. Not only is this bad service over all this isn’t a good representation to the U Haul company.

Upon returning the unit, no one was available to do the return, had to do it all online or wait until whenever they got back. Not a good way to represent uhaul. The unit itself was just fine and had no issues with it at all. Will not rent from this location in the future

Henry ULights would not work on the trailer. After trying several things, your agent assured me it was my vehicle's problem and I needed to take it for repairs before I could take the trailer. I took my Toyota to the service shop and paid $79.50 to be told my vehicle had no problems. I went back to Uhaul and told them what I had discovered and was then offered a different trailer which amazingly worked on my vehicle. The agent refused to consider refunding the money they had sent me to the auto shop for originally. I do not feel I should be responsible for doing as I was instructed only to learn the problem was with the first trailer. We have rented from Uhaul many times without any issue so I know this is not how you normally do business.

Paul RThe person I returned the vehicle to was very grouchy and claimed she didn't have a spot for the vehicle to be parked and said I can't believe they told you to bring it here. Well, it was the Uhaul website that allowed me to choose this location for return. If I ever had to choose this location again, I would not.
Mike SGail doesn't know what the he'll she's doing except to lie and manipulate. Also be quite rude and most disrespectful. She gave us a 20'truck when we reserved a 15' truck. Claimed she didnt have a 15' truck yet later said 1 was on her lot but didn't know it. Also said go there later on and she may have a 15' truck coming in. Fast forward to we arrived at destination chicopee ma. And how Joe had to call Gail to ask why mileage was off as we had a receipt for a 20' but came with what our original reservation of 15''truck. Gail told how she looked all over the night before for the 15' truck. She didn't know where it was. The 15' truck was the 1 someone had for a few hours according to Gail

Joey CWe have dropped off 2 vehicles at this location. They smoke inside their office which is unusual in this day. When we expressed that the truck leaked we were told that UHaul very rarely checks the trucks. There was zero concern about this issue. Hopefully the next person with this truck doesn’t have items that will be ruined with water.

Nathan RThe lady was rude the whole time we was renting the truck! She was hateful and smart and never even said thank you in the end. I’ve never had such rude customer service! She didn’t explain nothing, not even the location of the truck we just rented. After handing me my card back she informed me that she wasn’t sure how I would be refunded my deposit since I paid wirh a prepaid card. She could’ve said it wasn’t allowed or explained BEFORE CHARGING MY CARD! but she didn’t and when I came to get my deposit back two days later because of a Sunday, I was told it would be refunded in 3-5 businesss days back to the card it came from which is impossible because it’s a prepaid card! And she knows that snd knew it whole time. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY $70 BACK FROM UHAUL! I will never use ur service or go to that woman’s shop again ! The customer service is so bad with both I never want to deal with either of u again ever
