Problems with truck were told to this drop off location. Hopefully issues were fixed on truck before it went to next customer.

Fred P.The worst rental experience of my life, start to finish. After I gave the lady up front my driver's license, she still managed to pick the wrong reservation. I understand people make mistakes, but the amount of time it took to fix the problem (30 minutes) was excessive. In the meantime, I had people waiting for me to bring the truck. The truck was also only 3/8 filled with gas when I picked it up. When returning the next day, I asked if they wanted me to fill the tank so the next customers wouldn't be left with a 3/8 empty tank (and just reimburse me for the difference (you know, in a sense, doing them a favor). They told me not to fill the tank as U-Haul corporate would not reimburse them for reimbursing me. As you can imagine, this doesn't make much sense.

George V.Inside of cab had trash in it. Maintenance of vehicle is in question as a light on the panel came on during the trip. Vehicle would accelerate to 3500 RPM for no reason and then go back to normal which I am sure caused extra gas being used.
robert S.The site was fine, but UHaul has enormous issues with it's media resources. I literally spent a whole day and a half trying to get through to you, both by phone and by internet. The local shop in Wellington I was originally talking to also could not get online to you. It made it very difficult to do something that should have been very easy. I would have used another company had there been one within a reasonable distance. U-Haul needs to up their game when it comes to communication media.

Frank M.The facility where I picked up the trailer was nice. So was the staff. The trailer however was not maintained properly. The straps that secure the wheels to the deck of the trailer had been cut and was to short for me to use it. I had to unload the car go buy 2 3" heavy duty rachet straps and use them to secure the. At after I reloaded the car back on to the trailer.
Mike J.I placed the order 3 weeks before we need it and the day before the location changed to 50 miles away from were we need it. All locations near us closed at noon and we could not pick it up till 2:00. This was on a Saturday that you would think it would be open all day.
