Very poor customer service. Trailer was not cleaned. Did not have proper connection for lights. Was told I was going to be charged for a 4 pin extension. Because wiring harness on Trailer was way to short. Was told they do not except cash when brang trailer back. Did not want to put on my credit card. Would have been nice to be notified of this in advance. Would never rent from this location again. I would never recommend this location. Not very happy with the overall service, the condition of the unit i rented.

Take the next renter and show them the rental. I was just handed the keys. Found all damages to the vehicle that I could see. Gas tank was at 1/4. Had to start my rental by putting in $150 worth of fuel.(Which I still have to figure out how to get in touch with U-Haul to pay back) Person doing the rentals didn't show up until 20mins after he was called the called U-Haul because he wanted me to return the truck there.. Wasted more than an hour of my time.
Trent CI was double booked. They booked me with a truck and a trailer when I only made a reservation for a 5x8 trailer. Sadly I was charged twice, a trailer, plus a truck when I didn't even used a truck coz' I towed the trailer with my SUV since we didn't have a lot of stuffs to bring on our move. I called the costumer service twice and they said their manager will call or email me for the refund process but I havn't got any of both. No response from UHaul yet. Might as well call them again tomorrow, 200 bucks is a lot especially with all the moving expenses. Not fair at all.
