My drop off was scheduled at 8am. they have a parking lot with a locked gate, no access. I called Uhaul, and since this was my 2nd time getting to a drop off location that was not available I called customer service, I left the truck on the side street next to the large homeless encampment, and had to throw the keys into the parking lot since there was no drop box. this drop off was horrible, and i was told I would not be charged any additional, and I was charged for gas on top of putting gas back in the truck for my 9 mile trip, so that was the cherry to this horrible experience

The automobile dolly had multiple things missing he weren’t able to strap the front tires down securely because both straps were broken luckily, I had things to strap it down myself. This Dolly was a lawsuit, waiting to happen.
