No U-Haul rep was on site and had to be called in. I was charged over 3 times the quoted amount. Was told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas…it had 4 miles to empty, plus more mileage on the odometer than on my paperwork. Also, smelled like it was smoked in and there was trash, Chick-fil-a bags in the back. Very disappointed.
Billy SI had the rental for a half a day .....it was advertised as a 19.99 rental, the overall cost was $115!!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER, EVER use a uhaul service again......I would rather use a pack mule or horse and buggy. The pricing was BOT transparent prior to renting.

Tayvon NThis is not an on site uhaul. You have to speak to someone on the phone. It took an hour to get the truck because he couldn’t get things to go trough fir us to get the truck. Put us an hour behind. Then charged 12.17 for gas . Which I put more back in than there was when we got the truck.

MOHAMMAD KShowed up for a uhaul, was given a key and no paper work and told bye. Never checked in, did a pretrip inspection, ANYTHING. Rented two dolly’s and 60 furniture pads and was told them weren’t available. THOUGH I WAS CHARGED. The employee took me to a storage closet and found two random dolly’s and a handful of furniture pads. I returned all items and was charged overage fees for them because they never updated the amount of items they ACTUALLY gave me. A $400 rental has now costed me near $1200 due to the negligence of the employees at this location.
