Location was closed for a week upon arrival. Someone saw us and was able to give us a key to the truck. No proper in person registration or check in due to no internet connection from the location. Overcharged and multiple charges being charged to my credit card. This has been the most challenging experience moving of my life. I am extremely unimpressed with u haul and will not recommend or use the service again.
