Not an issue with this pickup location. I had initially booked at a pickup location just around the corner and it was a bad experience, before being told my truck was elsewhere and was sent to Becker’s location. The store clerk ignored my friend and I while serving people that came in behind us, then finally checked about the truck at our insistence but didn’t tell us anything, before quietly telling us to head to Becker’s as our truck is there now. He was rude all the way through and it took us 20min to learn something that should have taken 5min and threw off our whole day as we also had to go elsewhere to get the truck. Again, Becker’s location was great. Friendly, respectful and got us through the pick up process quickly. Great customer service.

Took over 1/2 hr just to get online … Told me to go another shop, I said I would but you have the truck I want that’s why they sent me here Finally finished at 850am after arriving at 815am After returning truck , I went 1 mile over what I said , and that was a big deal in trying to how much more I have to pay !! Will not recommend !!

The lady had to keep serving her store customers and asking me to wait. Her English was poor and see kept saying I was 4 days late.I tried to explain I was 1 day late .Things got frustrating fast then she said I went over on my mileage .I asked how many km did I drive she said YOU ARE OVER. I asked for a bill she send I sent it too you.She told me it's not her business they use us.We rent trucks every April- June today I will look for a new provider.

Service was great. There was no delay in releasing the vehicle and it was in a good condition.

Van was fully covered with snow, I asked to clean it, shop owner said no, customer has to clean it. I asked again for clean the snow from truck, he answered "do you want it or no" that so rood. It's wasn't good experience and I will not recommend to anyone.

Hey it was my First time renting a UHaul and let me tell you that it was relatively painless!! The people at the store went above and beyond to find the truck size I wanted. I’d definitely rent again and I’m going to tell my family and friends that if they need a rental truck ILL DRIVE!!!!!! Again thanks for the wonderful experience!!

Excellent service. The owners were friendly and accommodating and did everything possible to make this experience of renting a U-Haul easy. I highly recommend this location. they were also honest. I forgot something in the truck and they called to let me know they had my item.

I’m upset because they shouldn’t offer an option to have a dolly and then pay for it and not have one. It made my moving day a living hell… also the price was just way too much for just a van.
