The rental process with U-Haul is consistently smooth and well organized. From reserving the vehicle to picking it up and returning it, everything is straightforward and efficient. The staff has always been helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience stress-free—especially during already hectic moving days. The vehicles I’ve rented have been clean, reliable, and exactly what was promised, which I really appreciate. That said, while the service itself is great, the pricing can feel a bit steep. Once mileage, equipment, and additional fees are added, the total cost can add up quickly. I understand the convenience and reliability you’re paying for, but slightly more competitive pricing or clearer upfront cost breakdowns would make the experience even better. Overall, U-Haul is dependable and easy to work with, and I would still recommend them—especially for the hassle-free process—but more affordable pricing would truly make it a standout rental experience.

Got no assistance, had to call a number on the door, left message, called another number, instructed to use QR code for turn in, again no assistance.

Was diverted from N Orchard St. in Boise, where I had received confirmation of a rental two and a half weeks earlier, to Nampa due to unavailability of the vehicle that had been confirmed. The vehicle provided was larger than ordered. The employee at Bedliners was learning his job and couldn't make the computer boot up correctly; he finally called for backup, sent a screen shot, and had to be talked through the process. The electronic link for taking pictures, etc. of the vehicle wouldn't load. All This delayed my departure by over two hours.
