We asked for a receipt and he was unwilling to provide stating that he needed to check the vehicle instill. We waited for him to check the vehicle in, which took him an additional 30 minutes. The place was not friendly at all. I was still not provided or receipt, he said it would be emailed to me. Which I received 3 weeks after turning in the vehicle.

Eric LThis is not a UHaul store. It is a gas station / food mart. At the time I dropped off, the store was busy and the only worker was waiting on inside customers. He wanted me to park a certain way, but I couldn't because of the food store customers vehicles in the way. The only convenience was that I could gas up the truck at the same place I dropped it off. However, I would recommend driving a mile or so south on 6th St. to the UHaul store where there is a designated drop off line with a designated drop off employee.

Sherman MYou changed my location 24h in advance. It messes up my schedule. The new location was like a crappy gas station. Disorganized. Put my move more behind schedule. I had to pay for the hourly movers. Very dissatisfied
