Justin ShimakThere was various damage to the exterior of the truck, that we had to make sure we noted, so it wouldn't fall on us. Also the trucks engine light was on as soon as we started it up. There was only 5/16 tank of gas in the truck.

Brian DavisI don't like the mileage rate is higher on weekend rentals.. I originally wanted to get a truck on Thurs & the only truck available was a 26' truck so I was advised to wait till Fri. I didn't realize until I returned it that I was paying $.30 more per mile. Had I known, I would have just waited until Mon to get a truck.
Joe EverhartDidn't get my deposit back yet said the check would be mailed to me. If you deal with uhauls then you should do how the company you pick up from they took cash and deposit in cash. Drop off place should give cash and or check direct to people who drop off equipment

John HannWhen we got there our truck was covered in 6” of snow and ice then had to walk around the truck to take pictures in about 10” of snow for the app that did not work so had to spend more time on the phone with the customer service rep. Had to long on to the website and then was receiving technical errors then the Custer service rep asked if we could go somewhere release to pick up a truck. Finally the website started working and we got out of there. Pickup time was 7:00 we got there at 645and finally got out of there about 8:00. The app sucks I recommend picking up a truck during business hours. The check out was just as bad as the check in the app did not work.

James AtwellThe 15 foot truck we rented was clean and worked well. I have no complaints on that front. The issue was with the self pick up. The uhaul app glitched out and restarted several times. It refused to accept my driver's license images even after multiple attempts. After spending time on the phone with tech support, they were finally able to advance me to the next step. This required uhaul to call one of my references to confirm my identity. We waited over 20 minutes for this to complete. When it becsme clear that nothing was happening, we made a second call to tech support. Eventually they advanced us through to the next steps which we were able to complete on our own. All told it took a full hour to get access to our truck. I so not blame the local provider for these issues, but uhaul needs to improve its online checkout procedures significantly.

Kyle MillerIt would not allow me to check it in on my phone. So I clicked section that it told me to if I had problems. I checked in 24 hours early by leaving my key and contract. I called Beemers on Monday and they said since I had tried that uhaul would not charge me late fee. They did charge it and haven’t returned my phone call or responded to my text. Not happy.

Poorna YanamadalaHave all vehicles full of gas and have every customer fill it back up when returning instead of trying to guess how much gas to put it to get it back the the level it was at. Just keep them full all the time
Blaine BroughtThis location lied about the fuel that was left in it and was very rude and and inconsistent with what he told uhaul and what he told us. He is pocketing money and claiming more gas than what he supposedly did put in it. It was taken at a qtr tank and we refueled $32 @ $3.11 a gallon when it was right above E. He claimed 8 gallons 4.75 he put in bc lied said it was at 1/16 tank and told us it was between 1/8 and 1/4 and he had to put 4.3 gallons in. He is pocketing money. And ripping people off

Alexis AlconesI initially rented the $19 U-Haul at 4:45 15 minutes before they closed they had me do a walk around at the vehicle to make sure there's no damage they told me to leave the keys in the Dropbox before 8:00 in the morning. When we entered the vehicle and we're driving to the apartment to pick up the belongings we noticed candy bar wrappers in the floorboard there was trash and the door panel and there was dust and other things on the dash and on the speedometer and odometer panel . They charged me $79 for a cleaning fee I was never told to look inside the vehicle to see if there was any trash or any ashes or anything out of place and not only did the $79 come out of my account it also overdrafted my account I have never had a problem such as this in my life! If you could please get back to me and help me get this straightened out I would feel much better about using your company again. Sincerely David Word. Please make things right $79 doesn't seem like a lot but when you add the overdraft and the fact that we're broke $79 is a lot of money.

tosha tuzonAbsolutely not recommending anyone to use this location. The person was late about 20 minutes on the location and very rude. I asked to inspect the truck in front of me but she asked to drop the key. Later she charged $45 for not cleaning the truck but it was already cleaned. I contacted peachtree city office but they were also not helpful. Now I have to dispute $45 charge from my credit card company.
sanjay prebsakerU-Haul charged me an extra $20 on top of what I was supposed to pay so I was NOT pleased about that AT ALL!!! The staff at Beemers Muffler Center was very helpful and great to work with.
