The truck came with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I returned it with 3/4 tank of gas and the agent had the nerve to tell me that I didn't return it filled to the same level and said I owed another $27. When comparing the difference in the photos he said the tank was 7/8 full and not 3/4. There was maybe (and this is generous) half a fuel gauge needles width difference between them. I told him if I put another $30 in it would be full and he disputed that. I went and did so and sure enough it was full. He refunded me $20 but clearly he was just scamming me for more money. He made an extra $10 for himself. I put $40 worth of gas in for a 63 KM trip. That is just a rip off. I will not recommend uHaul as long as they continue to allow these crooked agents to continue this behaviour and I certainly won't be going back there again. Checking the reviews of his site online I now see that he overcharges for boxes as well. Seems like this is nothing but a money making scam for him. I've already left my google review about this incident for others as a warning.William P.

Sonny was amazing, he went above and beyond to help us out. We tried using the mobile pickup at another location after hours and it would not work for us to checkout and get our truck. It did not work and we had no way of contacting our rental location. We drove to the being healthy location and Sonny ended up getting us a rental with no notice within 10 minutes of his store closing to save our move. We appreciate you so much! Didn't do a walk through or walk around with the attendant. Affirmed that it was all good, even after my hesitation. He filled out the form incorrectly as I wasn't there for the inspection of the vehicle. Charged me at the counter 5% more, saying I didn't pay for GST. Why wasn't that included in the first credit card payment is beyond me. Mileage could have been increased as I moved to a small town outside of Lethbridge with no uhaul drop offs.Peter D.

I was happy to get the truck on short notice and the person at the front counter was pleasant and professional however, the inside of the cab was very dirty in the drink holder area. Also there was something small left behind that was probably from a previous renter. For the amount of money I spent, and for the short time I had the truck, I think it should have been clean inside. Also the truck had over 100k miles on it. Most of the vehicles I have rented in the past 10 years have had far less.Wayne W.
Rented a truck from this location and used it to go a total of 7 miles. I put in $5 of gas before returning it and when I looked at my emailed receipt, I saw that they charged me $25 for gas and a $30 fuel fill up service fee. Be careful renting from these guys.Michael S.

If you are planning on renting a Uhaul in the Edmonton area I strongly suggest renting from this location. They were fast in responding, friendly and great all around. I was very nervous about driving a 20ft truck and Sonny was really reassuring, told me I'd have no problem! I needed an extra few hours and they were able to accommodate this as well. The tire needed air so I picked up the vehicle with Rear left tire low air alarm and He counted kilometers at the odometer as Miles the vehicle odometer shows Kilometers so I got charged way more than I should be paying, I called him to fix the problem and he asked me to call Uhaul customer service. The online process was enjoyable everything is done on your phone, the health supply shop that owns the trucks and has uhal within their business was awesome. Good people, great truck and the rates are very affordable.Kyle W.
We ordered 2 packs of moving blankets and three different dollies and NONE of our equipment was in the trailer at the time of pickup. We did the self-service pickup on our phone because it was before they opened so we couldn't even go in and ask for the equipment. They also didn't tell us where the lock boxes were to pick up the key for the uhaul in any of the emails we received so we were wandering around the building looking for the lock boxes until we found themâ€¦at the back of the building beside a random back entry door. Definitely would NOT recommend this uhaul location.Brad D.

It was my first contactless pickup. The process was a bit of a gong show. Now I know how to do it it should be a lot faster than 45 minutes it took last time. There also should be a sign where the keys are. The truck was not numbered so I had to try the keys on each one. But the very positive thing was the customer service experience when I got through to them. They helped out a lot thank youGianluca D.

I dropped off my 26ft truck to this location, it was easy to find and there was a lot of room to park my truck. The gentleman there was very kind and helpful! After verifying my truck, he called me to inform me of no extra fees, and we parted ways. This location was by far the best I've experienced.Sidney F.

I have my receipt in my pocket for the gas that I put in before I returned it was on full when I dropped it off and I will be in to talk to him tomorrow as I was charged for gas also the vehicle was filthy when I picked it up and I have pictures I told him when I returned it that it was filthy in the inside when I picked it up Someone had spit sunflower seeds and mud was all over in the cab . it was never cleaned before I got it and there was some type of stuff on the inside wall before I picked it up also he said he would clean it i've been a regular customer with U-Haul over the years this is the filthiest vehicle that I've ever seen Brian CareyBrian C.
