We were originally scheduled at a location (safe) nearby then switched last minute to a place 30 minutes away where there was no one to help us . The location was extremely scary and we were very uncomfortable . Also we were orig. scheduled for face to face pickup but unknowing to us , we were switched to self and how no idea how to do it . Took 45 minutes to figure it out . The location we were moved to was Bel Air dyess auto.

Nadine HAs a result of this location NOT fulfilling their contractual obligation to be open during business hours (not responding to any attempt to reach by telephone) I/we ended up being charged for an additional half day. In spite of the great experience on the front end of this rental, I have serious doubts as to whether I will use U-Haul for future rentals. The back end of this transaction has left a miserable taste for the quality and reliability of U-Hauls business partners and practices.
Michael RCalled to drop off on Friday - no answer. Left a message and never heard back. Called again Friday afternoon and talked to someone. They said they would be there all day Saturday and I could drop it off. When I arrived Saturday, couldn’t find anyone in the unlocked office, and nobody answered the phone. Took almost an hour to drop the trailer off & had to call the 800# and use the website to check it in. Very disappointing. No way I would use this location again & not sure that I will use Uhaul again.
bob bNo one was there or answering the phone when I dropped the trailer off even though it was during business hours. The location was very sketchy.
Sharice MThe location needs a Uhaul sign on the office or directions at the front gate, because I had no real clue where I was going. I pulled in the gate and parked in a pick-n-pull like location started walking around. I almost left, but that’s when a man came out and asked if he could help me. The man was very helpful and friendly (date 05OCT22). He is the reason I will recommend the location. Definitely great people here.
