If the appointment is at 10am i expect someone there at 10am. I dont wanna wait 15 minutes. in addition when i call the listed number i get a message from my cell phone provider that the number is a likly scam, finaly they never picked up the phone or called me a back.

Unpleasant, even scary, experience. Dirt patch full of wrecked cars and broken glass. No sign of an office, just a note directing me to a nearby house to "ask for Wayne." Scary looking house with a scary sounding dog. Truck wasn't checked in for 2 days. Not exactly a professional situation.
Sonya TIt was hard to find and the key drop box didn’t seem secure. I was able to park but worried about the key situation. The area was also pretty sketchy.

When I knocked on the door to try to find someone to assist, the father-in-law of the employee who finally assisted me yelled at me, cursed at me, threatened bodily harm for just knocking on the door. The U-Haul employee simply told me that her father-in-law was drunk. I am never using this location again and am considering legal action for being threatened to have my f----ing a--- kicked while knocking on the door to speak to a U-Haul employee.

Kathleen BWayne was a spectacular vendor. He navigated an oddly complicated reservation situation (my wife had reserved the truck but then forgot her driver's license at home - she had called to switch the reservation to my name, but the remote team accidentally set us up as a return, not a pickup and return) with grace, courtesy and kindness. I've never rented from one of these remote 24/7 sites - only from the bigger vendors. I would definitely use this site again. Don't let the lack of a big glowing sign or two dozen trucks and vans fool you - Wayne is clearly a pure professional.
