The gentleman was really understanding with me as I was running behind, even waited on me. As always, it's easy doing business in Texas, same stands true for this business. Highly recommend.
CHARLES KI did have an issue with the lights. All seemed fine at first annd worked fine. It may have been an old fuse that gave out under a load. I have a 30yo truck and many of the fuses are original. But other than that, all was good.

NICOLA BGrease the trailer Jack and lubricate the front wheel ratchets. It was difficult to crank the jack, even with both hands, and I am a strong man. If not lubricated soon, it will strip the gears inside. Also, it was very difficult to release the ratchet straps. They need some WD-40. The operator did not seem concerned and claimed they were not UHaul and were not responsible for such maintenance.

Christine BI was unable to get all the equipment I needed. I was unimpressed when I had difficulty with returning the truck due to problems with the app and difficulty with finding the box to drop the keys off. The lady I finally got to talk to was not impressive at all and the wait to talk with someone was ridiculous at 12 am. I found everything with the rental not good. Had to drive over 25 minutes away to get the truck and apparently did not get any leeway. I was not impressed with the whole rental experience.
DIANE MThis is a gas station. The clerk was a young girl who knew nothing about uHaul or the trailer. I had to hook it up myself which if I didn't know what I was doing could have been a disaster if someone else rents from her and hooks it up wrong. It was also stuck in the mud
Christopher VThe Unit that I rented needs to be retired as the hitch was well past its lifeline and should be taken out of your inventory. Spent 30 minutes trying to get the receiver off my hitch. The people at the store were extremely nice and helpful, this is the only reason I am not sending a scathing report. Love your product and will always use your company. Expect a response-Mark C. Mark IThe Uhaul computer process was a little tough for the store to manage. It kept kicking the store manager out and he had to keep restarting the rental process so it took almost an hour to get through every thing that was need to get me the uhaul. So just find a way to make the computer process better.
