Clean out your trucks. This rents was full of balls of a long haired animal. When the passanger door was opened it blew all around the truck. I had to defend myself from animal hair all over me and blowing in my face. Plus the guy was confused about my rental

Store hours state open at 10 am. Had a 10 am pickup had to wait until about 10:20 for them to get there to open up for business
