Returned the truck and the clerk was not helpful wanting to charge me more since I returned it at 925. When I had issues picking it up doing the self service. Told him it took me awhile to do the lock box because the code disappeared and I had to call so that was another 15 mins. Then found out he said there was styrofoam and cones in the truck wanting a $25 feet We did NOT have any styrofoam and my husband swept the truck 5 mins before returning the truck as he broke glass in it. The cones were from the previous location. Went back up there to ask about the charges and for proof of pictures but he wouldn’t show us. Said he uploaded them when he did the paperwork. I’ve yet to see these pictures. And felt targeted as the phone rep said there was no pictures of the cones but 1 of styrofoam.
