Make the process smoother - it took too long to complete the paperwork and get going. Also I have no problem showing a photo ID such as my driver's license to the individual that's checking me out, but I do not appreciate having to provide/ send you folks a photo of it, in the outside event that someone gets ahold of it that shouldn't have it as it it has all my personal information on there including my driver's license number, address and picture ! That part I definitely don't appreciate !
