I had to take a star off because I caught the place during a move. I had to go through hell to locate someone. However, once they were reach there customer service and service was 5 stars. Besides that once they finish moving and get settled I will recommend them.

Janett HThe truck was not clean or gassed up I have a full trash can of trash I pulled out after the truck was over a hour late I never received the 50$ for the truck not being ready then the truck was not safe found a strap holding the axle the truck ran rough the customer service at the site was poor and when I told them about the problem I was told to keep my mouth shut or he would charge me extra the customer service on the phone did not help at all do not recommend and they don’t make it right

Allen MThe location inside spelled of marijuana...I waited almost an hour for csr to come to location from picking up his baby. He had to deal with baby while trying to deal with me. Truck was not cleaned..he called me lied said he was picking his lil brother up from school but showed up almost an hour later with a baby..this was very unprofessional. I am very disappointed. Because of me waiting on him and the time it took to get vehicle I missed the storage location so ended up having to keep the truck another day .this was very unpleasant

JANELLE MMy reservation was for 9am I didn’t get the truck til almost 6pm. I was not asked where I wanted to drop the vehicle off at. The truck was not clean. The dolly o requested was not provided. No pictures of the truck were taken during the lick process.

Jimmisha MNo one was on site to process our rental. A gentlemen eventually showed up who had the location person on the phone. There was no one from this actual location on site. There was confusion on which trailer we were to obtain as well as which trailer another person had rented. We were handed a cell phone back and forth between us and the other customer. Our trailer was finally located down the road and across the street. The gentlemen on site stated he owned a different U-Haul location and was only helping out as he was in the area. The actual location persons never arrived on scene to assist any of us. When we attempted to return the trailer, my husband spent nearly two hours trying to contact someone at this location with no success. I called the customer service number to advise the trailer had been returned.

david mIf the reservation is made for one place it would be nice to be able to actually pick up the equipment at that location. I had to make multiple phone calls to find a new location to pick up a trailer because the original place called the day of pick up to say they didn't have one.
