This location is so great! It was so easy to get and return the truck via the app. The only issue I ran into is that the app froze up at the very end when it was prompting me to upload photos, so I hope that is not an issue. It was a short trip with no damage incurred.

I had to switch locations to this one and unfortunately I had paid for an appliance dolly but there was none since the location was closed. I was not sure how to fix this in the app after I already checked in online and got the keys.

I am unlikely to use U-Haul again. I rented a truck online for an all day move on a Saturday, and the rental was confirmed by text message. Iwas subsequently contacted by the franchise owner and told that they wouldn't be open until 11:30 Saturday. I contacted U-Haul and they made another/different reservation. Saturday morning I drove to the U-Haul business, and was advised that the truck I had rented was not there - the previous customer had failed to return it. At the least, I would have expected a telephone call to save me a wasted trip. There are too many rental outfits out there, to put up with abysmal customer service.
