The truck was amazing! The seats were very comfortable They were a lot of safety features like the braking… They had hook ups for iPhone so you could use hands off or listen to your own music or an Audible book. The people I encountered at the first pick up U-Haul place the gentleman was very nice. He came out to the truck with me. He brought the dolly and told me where I could gas up the truck.. He was nice during our encounter inside as well very easy to talk to

I dropped the truck at night so I didn't have any interactions with personnel and the building was closed so idk if it was clean and inviting.

This location was amazing they got me taken care of even though uhual had changed my truck pickup location to a location that didn't have the equipment at the time of pickup. This location was set for my trailer but had the truck I needed avaliable and got me on the road.

For many years I have used U-Haul because of the expert service and assistance. Now, however, the personnel at the pick up location were neither willing nor prepared to assist with connecting the auto hauler to the truck. I either had to do it myself or go to the nearest full-service U-Haul center. That's what I did. They gladly and willingly helped me.

The front desk was supremely helpful and took her time with everything. She definitely was able to explain everything well. It was my 1st time renting from Uhaul and it was a great experience, beginning with her. No improvement needed. A+

Found out i was given a auto transport that was reported stollen after returning it. Have still received no real help or answers on this because it's a weekend.
