I was given the wrong truck keys for my reservations so when I tried to do the mobile checkout when we returned after hours, I wasn't able to. Tried calling uhaul help line and sat on hold for 40 minutes even though the wait time said 13 minutes. Was never able to talk to anyone.Stacey J.

Very disappointed in Uhaul as a company. Rented a truck in Northbranch, had guarantee and confirmation. Day before was told I had to go 40 min south to get my truck. Get there and there is no truck. Had to go back north those 40 min and then another 20 min to get a truck. So much for a guarantee and why was I sent to a location with no truck?STACY S.

allow people to drop their uhaul trucks off at a closer location, i had to pay mileage to bring my uhaul 30 miles back when there was a location 3 miles from my home. very disappointed and won't be using uhaul in the future. was ripped off, paying nearly $200.Alexandria K.

The trailer wiring was damaged and the lights on the trailer did not work. They did replace the faulty wiring harness and helped me fix a problem on my vehicle. Additionally one of the wheel tiedown straps was broken and not usable as it was. It was obvious that things were not looked over the last time the trailer was returned. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good group of guys but seemed to be stretched pretty thin and struggled to keep up with the work load. I would rent from them again but would not assume that the equipment had been fully checked over.Nathan S.
Again, the app was very glitchy. Would not upload odometer/fuel gauge picture until about 4th attempt. The app is a great idea but needs some work to make it of real value to customers.Kent T.

I reserve the trucks in Roseville Minnesota then they call me back later telling me they don't have no tractors in Roseville I have to go to Pine city to pick up the truck there that's Poor management to drive for two hours to get up a truck which is I don't have a choice we have because I had to move also give me four extra days when I took the truck back they told me everything is good then the next day I got an email they charge me another $170yazdan B.
Very very rude people told me it was my job to inspect the equipment before I rent it and that they have nothing to do with U-Haul , and U-Haul should be the ones looking at equipment when it's returned before the next customer uses it ,this place is a two-sided coin they rent not only U-Haul but they're own equipment and I don't think they give two shits about U-Haul, if you were smart U-Haul you should pull out of there before they ruin your name, lots of people told me they were a joke now I know it's true I wouldn't waste my dime on anything they have again.Terry W.

Plastic fender had bad crack and was rattling while going down road . Ratchet tie down needs some lubrication of something . One of the wheel straps was frayed making it hard to get it in ratchet tie down. There was two car dolly's there I got the bad one don't know why the experience could have been better if there was some proper maintenance done on the car dolly. I thought uhaul was a cut above other rental company's now I'm not to sure .Mark N.

The equipment was averagely clean. But due to the season (winter) I can understand why the facility wouldn't take the time to do a full detail on the truck. The staff at the facility however was very polite, knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, the experience I had was great!Liz Z.

The floor of truck was dirty and the buck of the truck was not swept out...I have the knobs for the cupboard cabinets that were on the floor with all the dirt. The guy didn't want to do a walk around with me and there were pretty fresh scrapes(good sized) that weren't marked with x's.Anne D.

I was under the impression mileage would be unlimited as it has always been in the past. We drove the truck 24 miles and were charged a mileage charge of 28.56 and a fuel charge of 15.00 for 4 gallons of fuel. Really? The fuel gauge was on 3/4 when we dropped it off just as it was when we picked it up. I won't rent another U-Haul or anything else from Best Rentals.Stacy L.

When I picked up the U-Haul and got it home ready to pack the day before the air conditioning wasn't working. They came out and said it was working after they fixed it the next morning driving when I turn the air on there was no air so I drove on the 17th 18th and 19th without air condition all the way to Arkansas from Minnesota. It was just roasting in that U-Haul, not very happyGeralene D.
The person who helped me did not explain the contrract. i was only given 30 miles before I was charged per mile.. Is that normal? I had to drive back to Grantsburg which is 15 miles. Then I headed down to Centuria which is 30 miles away.. It took 2 loads to get stuff moved. I don't think the person who waited on me was listening to what I was saying.Kathy W.
