Very easy drop off location.
RICHARD OWe were originally supposed to pick up here, but they had no truck available. Reservation was made 2 days in advance. Drop off was ok.

Tim SI'm not sure if the starter is going on the truck or maybe the battery is going bad. It didn't want to start twice in the 8 hours I had it. Otherwise it was very great to have and move everything at once.
Stephanie CTruck was guaranteed for 8 am pick up. Got the confirmation the night prior. Come 8 am, no Truck assigned for mobile pick up and had to wait until after 9am for pick up. Despite the uhaul guarantee, they refuse to pay the 50 dollars promised per their policy for failing to meet reservations.

marty gThe only problem was that I picked the trailer up Saturday June 1st in Cold Spring, MN and then dropped it off Saturday June 1st in Pine city, but then I received a text asking me when I was going to return the trailer- so something got messed up and not sure how or where.

Michelle BI booked my 1 day rental at the Mora Location, 24 hours notice it was changed to the Pine City Location. Which was a 20+ minute drive to pickup and drop off. I expected my mileage cost to be taken away automatically since Uhaul was forcing me to drive an extra 40 miles to pick up my uhaul... i shouldn't have to pay for those miles. The man helping me at the desk was very helpful and the location was great - But i wasn't happy with them only dropping my mileage cost from 99 cents to 59 cents a mile.... Those charges should have been eliminated completely for making me drive out of my way last minute.

Rick BBest RENTALS opens on Sundays at 10AM. WHY does UHAUL instruct me to return it to them by 8:15AM or pay additional charges when the return location is NOT OPEN! I think that is something you need to fix systematically.

Terry SI was pulled over by two police officers on the way to clean out my storage.they said that the registration didn’t match the trailer . And had me on the side of the road forever . I called and spoke with the manager at this location and he told me that was hard to believe. So no I would not Recommend this location to any of my friends or family actually would like to be reimbursed for the trailer for the hassle of the whole ordeal

ASHLEN OWe simply dropped off at this location after hours and did not enter the business, nor deal with anyone. The location was convenient to the freeway. The parking lot is very poor - potholes everywhere.

Earl SThe manager of Uhaul was rude as hell.. they tried to do me bogus by switching my pick up location and truck size w/o even telling me which would have costed me alot more money.. Next time I probably use Budget..

michael sTrailer was dirty and had lots of what appeared to be barbed wire in it and burnt plastic. I had to deep clean it before I was able to put my motorcycle in the trailer. Staff was awesome at pickup!
