The place is unprofessional. They have no knowledge of Uhaul or how it operates. I bought the insurance that I clearly didn't need because when I locked the doors and misplaced the keys,the insurance was useless. When i called the 800 number for the insurance as i was instructed by Best Tire, the operator quickly told me that insurance did not cover roadside assistance which i was told that it did. I waited and waited for their field rep to call and tell me my options on what I could do and I never got that call EVER!! Lucky for me I finally located the keys after several hours had been wasted. I was charged $15 for the insurance which was completely useless tobme when i needed it. I was charged $17 for the gas being slightly below the line instead of on the line. Which is ridiculous. I could have simply took the $3-$5 back up there and put it in myself. I was also quoted .99 a mile by the young lady at Best Tire, but when she handed me my paperwork, it was $1.09, and she never corrected it or said anything. So one trip cost me $322, and I could have simply went to Penske and paid half of that. When i complained about the charges once again l was told their field rep would call me and once again, I NEVER got the call. So, no, i would not ever recommend this place or Uhaul to anyone. I will never rent another truck from Uhaul and Best Tire does not need to be a Uhaul site. They know nothing about the business and they were no help to me at all. This whole experience was a complete disaster!!!!!
