I dropped off trailer at 11:00am. Was supposed to be dropped off by 12:00pm. Got charged almost $30 because it wasn’t called in until almost 6:00pm for the return not my fault should get reimbursed the fee!!!

The refund process is extremely slow. We are still waiting on the refund check! Rented on Feb 6th, and today is Feb. 18th.
