The pickup location is unlit, extremely hard to find, and in an unsafe area. the area the truck was in was full of gopher or groundhog holes which was extremely hazardous being it was unlit and pitch dark at 5am. the equipment i rented and paid for was not in the truck, and the check engine light was on.

The area was very dark, making it difficult to move from the box location to the vehicle. While the vehicle was visible from Main Street, I assumed it was mine since it was parked in an open lot. However, the Customer Service team really helped improve the situation. Even though I felt intimidated by the area, the service assistant guided me through the process and made everything seamless.
