The area was very dark, making it difficult to move from the box location to the vehicle. While the vehicle was visible from Main Street, I assumed it was mine since it was parked in an open lot. However, the Customer Service team really helped improve the situation. Even though I felt intimidated by the area, the service assistant guided me through the process and made everything seamless.
