There was no jack to help load the trailer onto our hitch. Another customer was nice enough to help us. Than we are told we are all set even though we questioned the hydronic breaks. As we started to pull out of lot I noticed the back breaks were locked and we were dragging the trailer. Had to get the owner of place to once again come out. He knows nothing about the product he is renting. My son had to almost pound down the braking system to disengage it, as the owner looked on in disarray. If you are renting your equipment out it should be maintained and the person who rents it to you should have knowledge of their product. Very disappointed in UHaul and won’t rent from you again. For the work we had to do ourselves we should have had a discount on our bill. Would never recommend this establishment

Only issue was with Uhaul itself, changing our drop off location from Blenheim, ON (which we requested and is in our town) to Charing Cross, ON which was outside of town by 8 km.

Your price for a one way trip is ridiculous, making me bring an empty trailer back. Over $300 difference is bullshit.
