They made me wait for more than an hour because they couldn’t figure out the reservation system. Even when I selected pick up with QR code in my reservation to make it faster. And they charged me the coverage service which I didn’t select in my initial reservation so I paid 16dlls on top + more than one hour wait. Horrible experience

Very poor. I order from the location 15 ft with utility dollys x 2 and furniture pads. When I came to pick up the truck it was not clean out of the snow, and had no dollys and pads. No explanation provided. The truck stacked because of the snow everywhere. I spend extra 45 min to take out of the snow.
