They did not have the equipment that I reserved; they were unorganized

I asked the girl when I checked out if there were any upcharges and she said no. After I got home I noticed that they charged me for 4 gals of gas for an extra $25 but I know that there was extra gas in the tank and I should not have been charged.

They are a new rental location and didn’t know how to check the truck back in fortunately I was able to complete the return using the app equipment was clean and the people were nice
