Items were not in the truck. I had to drive the truck to Home Depot and rent a dolly and buy furniture pads (I had to pay for the extra mileage to get to HD and back to my house). I do not think it's right that I be charged for items that I did not receive.

RICARDO AInternet had problems the girl could not get it work 15 mins minimum. She was supposed to email me all my paperwork. She did not verify email as it’s from many years ago. Gabrielle BU-Haul was not ready on agreed upon time. I also had to wait over an hour to get access to the U-Haul. U-Haul was extremely dirty when picked up. I had to spend time cleaning the inside of the U-Haul prior to my move as I did not want my furniture touching the amount of dirt in the back. Probably won't ever use U-Haul services again. Representatives at the location offered very little help.
