The people on site here didn’t even take the time to come out to check the condition of the vehicle or if I had filled the tank. Awful service.

ERNESTO HMaybe a sign in the parking lot to indicate where to leave the truck and a sign indicating to drop keys off inside. The email said we could drop off in a box but there isn't a box at this location. Staff were friendly and helpful and location was really convenient so great experience overall.
RUBEN MI was overcharged almost $100 from the quote that was given to me on the phone. Also, the appliance and furniture dollies that I had reserved were not available and I had to Search all over to find them at the last minute.

Jill ECombination to Padlock on roll up door was not provided and had to waste about 30 minutes and about 10 miles of my time. Contacted customer service and weren’t able to help and the chat shut down mid conversation with no resolution.

CAMERON DThe only problem was I asked for a 6:00 am pick up to get started early and the person that’s run the u haul there didn’t show up till 6:20.
Noble WI personally would like to close/complete rental with a person. Pick up would be ok, because you can take pictures. Close rental completely no surprises later. Thank you
Betty FOverall, it was fine. Perhaps a little more transparency in pricing. Nothing else.
LEN CGas station attendants had no idea how to use the app. None of the rental equipment was available right away. I was only given an appliance dolly after questioning order. Regular and furniture dolly were not available, even though those items were on the order U-Haul rep was informed of ordered items missing and didn’t offer a refund.
