Seems there was an issue with the programming and the truck requested was a 15 not 17 Due to having to wait 2 hours and 15 min AFTER SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME i had requested a discount instead i paid for the 17 foot trsiler instead of the 15 and no discount as i was told it would happen , Not planning on using this location again

Make sure dispatch actually dispatches the reservation or don't let them make the reservation. I made a reservation a week ago and somehow dispatch didn't actually send it through to me to get my code... Waited An hour for the towing guy to figure out why didn't have a lock code but had a reservation number. The key was in the box but I couldn't get because I didn't have a four digit pin. Nothing on him, seems like an U-Haul IT problem. How can I sit in the parking make a reservation for the next 5 min and then expect to have that reservation (this not what I did, but someone could) I would make it so they need 24 hours notice so they towing team can drop the keys in the box. A complete mess. But the towing guy was great and friendly.

When making a reservation, call the place and speak to someone specifically about what you need before you use the UHaul app. The area was an auto repair shop with U-Haul as an afterthought.

The person I made the reservation with over the phone was very helpful. However, we had to wait at least 45 minutes when we arrived to pick up the unit because the employee who handles pick up was not there. We had to wait for another employee from a different out of town location to arrive. To their credit, we did receive a phone call explaining the situation, but when you're on a schedule and expecting to be on the road with the rental, it was disappointing and frustrating to have to wait. Perhaps having more than one employee trained to handle rental pick up would be helpful.

Adding a jack stand to this trailer would improve the experience for the next customer. With the trailer empty, a strong man can lift the tongue by himself. But with the trailer loaded 60% front / 40% back, a jack stand is needed to unhook the trailer. I made due with my pickup's spare-tire change kit / bottle jack.

There was not an inside and all business was conducted outside. The person seemed to be having a problem with equipment also. After I explained the issue with the blankets, he accepted my explanation after he read the hand written note about them on my contract. He did not open up the back and check if it was clean or count the blankets

My husband was concerned about driving this truck as it rained on the highway. He felt the tires didn't have much tread and he was extremely concerned.

There were 8 rentals for 9 am and only one agent and computer. It was 10:50 am before we checked out. Almost 2 hours past our pick up time. Your guaranteed reservation promise is right equipment, right location, right on time or $50...This reservation was not right on time.

Inadequately staffed: there was only one person serving customers and he seemed like he couldn't care less about our wait time, which was more than an hour in a dirty garage. He had obviously been smoking in his tiny office where he was not wearing a face mask: two violations of the state law. He gave away the truck that I was supposed to just be able to pick up the keys to and go. Thankfully, he had an identical truck available. But as I drove along there was a warning message about the need to service the tire pressure monitoring system that popped up on the dashboard every time I hit a bump. I tried calling the uhauk 800 number to report the message but was unsuccessful. Thankfully, there were no actual mechanical issues.

Location was not staffed for pickup. Pickup was scheduled for 4:00pm, I left the facility at 6:00pm Truck had many areas that were not marked as "damaged" so was unable to approve condition of vehicle as is upon pickup. Had person at site mark areas in question. Truck would not start. It had to be jumped in order for me to leave the facility. Also did not start next day and had to jump on own

Prompt the customer to go ahead and submit photos of face and license as soon as the reservation is made. I did those steps just before pick up, which ate into some of my reservation time.

when i called for a truck, i asked them for a truck with a walk board truck ramp because i had a piano to move. i was told that all the trucks had them, the one i took did not i had to use my own trailer ramps, THANK GOD I HAD A SET

i ordered a dolly on monday pick up was friday and saturday for the truck when i arrive to pick up the truck 9:00 am friday morning they dione have a dolly so they call the one on main and he has some but now i'm late i go to pick up dolly and he's gone worthless

The truck I rented was dropped off by u-haul the morning I came in to pick it up at the local dealer. When my wife got in she set a water bottle down in the cup holder on the center console. When she picked it up to take a drink a popsicle stick was clinging to the bottom of her bottle. Obviously the cab of the truck hadn't been cleaned or disinfected before we picked it up. Was pretty upset that during a pandemic so nothing like this would occur. We ended up taking our own time to clean and disinfect the cab ourselves.

The pick up experience was horrible. We had to pick the truck up after hours using a phone app. Could not get it to work. We called the uhaul number for assistance. we were on hold for at least 20 minutes. When we got through we spoke for maybe 1 minute and got disconnected. This happened 3 more times. My husband was able to set up a new login on his phone. the whole process took 2 hours. Very unhappy with your customer service department.

it took me longer to get the truck then I had it im 50 years old and always have used U-Haul for my needs put I wont any longer it was a pain I took a hour to get the truck and I had it for 38 mins haha I wont use U-Haul again.........it wasn't the location it was the corp office and the operator on the phones that was not being nice and not very helpful

loved doing the online check in. i didnt have to wait in lines sign a bunch of papers or talk to anybody. only bad part we got some snow the night before so the driveway leading into the place was bad almost got stuck trying to find the truck. all and all a good experience

The gentleman that assisted me was extremely polite. The only reason I stated the Uhaul was not clean was due to the inside of cab being muddy and sticky. I am a loyal Uhaul renter and just wish there were discounts for us because I will be needing to rent 2 more times over the next week and that's expensive.

I made a reservation online for a trailer for one day and called the location and confirmed the rental arrangement. When I arrived the next day at my scheduled time, no one was there. I went ahead and began the process of hooking up the trailer to my truck, then an employee finally arrived. I asked if there was anything else he needed from me to which he said no. 15 minutes after I left, I get a phone call to return to the location because they don't do online reservations!??? So, I did. When I returned, I was told if I had not returned, they were going to report the trailer stolen!!!! (Thankfully for their sake that did not happen!) I had all of the email confirmations of the reservation! Then, when I returned the trailer later in the day, they were closed, and I had to return it via the online app! They can't do a reservation online, but you can return it online?? Also, the trailer was wet inside and the parking lights did not work. I will choose an alternative solution for my rental needs next time!

This was not the original drop off location. The original drop off location was incorrect and I had to drop off here. BG Towing was very helpful and accommodating of that.

I have to say - I was disappointed I was not given notice sooner as to the location. I had called U-haul on main str. Did not see the text sent that day of location change. It should be stated that just because you call one place - does not mean that is where the vehicle will be. Since I called the one on Main str. I expected to pick it up there. Is there some way I can request from corporate office to use the main street location? It is within walking distance of my work.
