The customer service was terrible and the employee knowledge was very poor, it felt like U-Haul was an after thought to their business. I called the business after I arrived and the door was closed, I was forwarded to another location then when I did get phone number it was to a personal cellphone and the gentleman answered and stated that he was running late and just got out of the shower. He arrived 15 mins later. The employees knowledge and computer skills were limited. I will avoid this location in the future.

I have a perfectly good well maintained truck that was more than capable of hualing the trailer I rented (which was switched to a transport instead of trailer without my being notified ahead of time) but was told it was not suitable to use with their equiptment, which is ridiculous. My truck would not have been in 3 rpms going up a hill like the truck the made me use of theirs (which of course added a ton of money). They are only out to make a buck, they don't care about saftey. Next time, I will find somewhere else that doesn't make me use sub par equiptment to haul their own trailer, when mine is a much safer and better option.

Truck was dirty with big wads of who knows what (we removed) truck also had alot of small gravel. Did not return truck in same filth. If I were to rent again I would inspect before taking. We were told to find the number on the key & that was our truck. The guy at the location was nice - no complaints on him.

The person completing the paperwork worked for another company owned by a different owner but was on the same property. He had no idea how to complete the paperwork and it was over an hour for me to simply pick up a tow dolly. He was courteous but could not use a computer, where the contract had to be completed, but was worried his owner was going to come in and catch him helping the other company.

This location told me I could drop off my equipment anywhere, which seemed strange. Turned out that I could not, and I was charged an additional $100 because the employee at the pick up location did not feel like contacting corporate to help with adjusting my drop off. He said that to me directly. He also did not create a contract for me. The drop off location had to contact me and create a contract after I had used the equipment. I have used UHaul many times, and this is the first time I have had such a terrible experience. I would highly recommend following up on training or an evaluation for this location. Extremely disappointed.

Equipment was not there as stated for pickup, even though I had spoke with them earlier in the day confirming the truck was available and ready, spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service before being given a new address across town, to get equipment from another contractor, that still wasn't what I had requested.

The man who rented to us told us we would be charged for one day for a u haul and a dolly. They charged us for two days for both and we only had them for ten hours.

The customer service rep was not ready to receive my order. The equipment that was order mysteriously disappeared, and they upgraded me at no charge. The car transporter was very old and rusty, making it difficult to release the straps. The rubber seals on some of the chains were missing as well.

I was charged for three days of rental when I only had the rental for one day. After calling the location about this, they could not help with the reimbursement and said I needed to contact corporate. Additionally, I was overcharged for the gas and I have emailed corporate regarding these issues. I also called the service number but hung up after being on hold for 20+ minutes. This was not a good experience and I still have not received my reimbursement.

I made reservation on line and then was called and told that there was no trucks available but they had three on the lot, I was told that none of these were in the computer, Finally three trucks came in while I was Waiting and I was able to get one. Get some people that Know what they are doing

Teach employees how to use the system instead of telling them to learn as they go making customers wait longer than necessary. Have set hours to drop off equipment instead of showing up 20 minutes later than the time agreed upon.

no one present to check in truck . did not feel comfortable just leaving truck . there was a person there that worked for wrecker service, and said he would tell the uhaul agent.

I arrived at the exact time I was scheduled to pick up the truck, but did not end up leaving with the vehicle until over an hour later. While this was a very large inconvenience, it could be forgiven, as they informed me that they had just started at this job, and it was their 2nd rental. The reason for the "Poor" rating is the fact that they marked me down as having the truck for 3 days when they checked it in (instead of 1). This caused an additional $115 charge on my card. After calling in to get this corrected, I was told I would not be refunded this amount for 5 business days. To sum up; being slow due to being new at the job... understandable. Making a mistake that cost me a significant amount of money, and having to find & fix it myself then waiting an entire week for the refund.... Not acceptable.

Dropped of in Findlay, BG and Towing, deleted and reloaded uhaul app still could not identify my location and reverified location services were turned, on noboby there as it was after hours, so went back the next day , was able to get things straightened up. In short all uhaul phone and email correspondence and Uhaul App, had issues, local agents when available were helpful, I would not wish this experience on anyone, you have some great local agents working with your product, but uhaul itself is a mess
