The size of the truck was changed on our reservation without us knowing about it three days before we picked the truck up so when we arrived it was a smaller truck then we had reserved. The website continued to time us out and we had to make a whole new reservation which took an hour to complete. The entire pick up process took 2 hours!! And we still only received a 15' truck instead of a 20' which was what we had reserved and needed! The entire move took us longer bc it was a smaller truck and additional miles. Uhaul didn't offer anything to us for their mistake of changing the reservation. Additionally, there was no way to upload photos of the vehicle to show damage that was there prior to when the pictures were taken from U-Haul. Then at check out the website continued to freeze and would not allow us to return the vehicle until we spoke with someone in the customer service department. Pick-up location in BG was good. My should have been pick-up location on reynolds rd was very bad. The customer service was terrible. I was treated like a child and was spoken down to. This was from the general manager of the location. I was very disappointed with the service rendered at that location.NICHOLAS V.

When I got to the Uhaul location, I could not find the door. When I finally did, it was locked. I called the BG Towing number and told the guy on the phone I couldn't get in and if there was another door. He said there's no way the door is locked and basically made me feel like an idiot. I tried the door again, it was still locked. After standing out in the cold for 5 minutes, someone finally saw me and opened the main garage door, because they couldn't unlock the actual door. The guy then was like, oh I guess the door was locked. Very unprofessional and made me feel like an idiot. The Uhaul truck was also extremely dirty inside.John E.

This comment is towards Uhaul in general: I reserved a truck a week in advance for pick up 10 minutes from my home. I even did the early online check in; Yet Uhaul made me pick up the vehicle at a location 20 minutes away. They did not offer to give me credit on the extra gas it took to get the Uhaul vehicle back to my house.Brandy B.

The drop off is in the back of the building. No signs. No guidance. I asked someone in the front of the building. No one on staff to receive the key. Drop off box that was not labeled well at all.Kathy S.

Could not find a worker when arriving at scheduled pick up time. The place was dark & would have felt uncomfortable without my husband present. Had to sign paperwork with community pen despite doing all paperwork online. No PPE fear of any kind being used in facility.Theresa H.
Dylan, was very nice and very helpful. I had some issues with my wiring harness and he made sure I would be able to safety tow. This was my first time towing a large trailer and I was incredibly nervous, and Dylan was so helpful and kind. He hooked up the trailer to my truck and was very understanding to my situation. I would not be able to get this level of service and expertise from anyone else in town, and trust me I personally know every shop and U-Haul trailer place in town. If I ever need to rent a U-Haul again, or even get my vehicle fixed again, I will recommend this place to everyone. Honest, people who actually care about you and your situations. The guy was smoking a cigar behind the counter and was on the phone for 25 minutes while I was standing right in front of him. He was cursing to the person on the phone and was inconsiderate of me and my children. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. Won't go back to that location for sureChris A.

Place is hidden in the back saw no uhaul signs by the road. Actually went to another Uhaul location on the same road with basically the same business name first. Didnt get trailer requested and had only 1 other uhaul truck on the property. I emailed customer service yesterday in regards to my $50 reservation guarantee as no one called to tell me it wasnt available (though done many days in advance) but did get a free upgrade that I didnt need as it was 2x bigger and I was just hauling a mattress. Got pulled over for turn signal not working and cost me more in gas to haul. Still no response to my email yesterday to customer service.Lori T.
I don't understand why, when you reserve on-line if provide everything needed to rent. Then when you go to pick-up, you have to give all the same information again. Kinda makes reserving and the reservation numbers pointless.Scott W.

There wasnt a ramp with the uhaul. How on earth are you suppose to get your furniture on and off without a ramp. I feel that should have been disclosed. Instead my husband was layed up for days due to a refrigerator being practically dropped off the edge because there wasnt a ramp. I cant imagine people have ramps just laying around anywhere. Any moving truck i have ever seen before definitely had a rampgerta Y.
