This place was someone's house, was not an office. Some man answered the door with a dog (aggressive type of dog, but friendly), did not speak English, there was a lot with trailers, saw no uhaul trailers, we thought we had wrong address, but there was a sign pointing to the house that said office, and there was a half hung uhaul banner in the front yard. Very unsafe, not a business setting at all. We did not know to go in or knock, because it literally was a house. Did not get a receipt, I took pictures of the trailer and house for evidence in case something happened. I would strongly suggest you go out and check this place out. Looks like a front for another type of business, will never go there again.

I was not happy that my "preferred pick-up location" was changed to this site. It was a home in a rural area several miles out of town. No one was there when I arrived - except an unrestrained pit bull that ran and jumped on me. Another customer came to return a truck - and ended up leaving it parked on the lawn and took a picture. When someone finally arrived (only after I called U-haul - not the site because they weren't answering the phone), I was told "the dog belongs to the security guards". What??? and it runs free? The associate said they told u-haul that they wanted their hours to be listed as 10:00am - 4:00 ,, but my pick up time was 9:00am. The truck was dirty. There was just over a 1/4 of a tank of gas, but I was supposed to bring it back with 1/2 tank. This place has no business being a U-haul rental location. Uhaul has no business sending people to a location like this. It was obvious they purposely moved the truck I was renting to this location from one in town to give this new location business because it was the only truck located at the site (until the other one was returned there). Uhaul denied it, but the associate confirmed that "yeah, Uhaul brought that truck here last night". I will NEVER use Uhaul again after this experience.
